This hotel is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed out considering amenities. Internet worked perfectly, staff was on 24/7. The pool water was warm and the hot tub is unique, so pretty and the largest one i have ever been in for a hotel. My 10 year old daughter had a blast. The room was comfortable and the shower well organized to save water and avoid to put a mess in the bathroom. it was pretty quiet even on the 4th of July. One set of guests came inebriated on the last night we were there and the hotel staff immediately took care of that and had them leave in the morning. Breakfast was great and the cherry on top of the cake was the free limo service to go to dinner. I strongly recommend the hotel.

the only concern was the key that frequently demagnetized forcing you to return to re-activate them.

Easy to find, close to everything. The staff was professional and friendly. The grounds were kept nice, but our unit was further away from the nicer views. The pool area, sitting areas, and hot tub were very appealing. Our room was updated, clean, and comfortable. It was a little noisy because it is so close to the main road (highway) and our upstairs neighbors were able to easily wake us up each morning at 5am so the rooms did not have the best insulation. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds comfy. The breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked.

Somewhat noisy as it is close to the highway and the room's insulation let our neighbors above wake us up at 5 am..The property was well manicured but our room was furthest from these areas which megant we did not have a view, The price for this type of establishment was a bit too high.

Nearly everything! I was pleasantly surprised by the room conditions and outddor patio area. Although we didn't get to use it, the outdoor pool area was beautiful, with plenty of areas for seating,an espresso machine in lobby. Great location.

The breakfast experience was awful. It's not spread out enough. It's so congested. Self-serve, nothing is fresh, and everyone is waiting around for their toast, microwavable sandwiches, waffles, or pancake to cook. This is supposed to be a PLUS. The best western in Oregon had freshly made custom omelet stations and chafers for sausage and scrambled eggs. Makes it much faster and more efficient.

We only stayed one night passing through Eureka, so we didn't use any of the facilities (like pool or spa). It is nice that those facilities are in an enclosed, central location and not "out on the street." Our room was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. The shower was good. Breakfast was typical of BW. One funny thing at this hotel is that they offer limousine service to restaurants in the area. I wonder if that is because they are a couple blocks from a run-down looking area with a homeless shelter. I can't say if that is a pro or con, but it seems a bit silly to me. If you visit the old town area, we recommend "Living The Dream" ice cream shop which offers very special flavors served in freshly made cones.

The small bathroom counter is cluttered with coffee things, ice bucket, and drinking glasses. No place for our toiletries. Like other BW hotels where we have stayed recently, they have added comfy chairs at the small table which would be nice except that there is not enough space in the room for the chairs to face the table. These are small annoyances. We would stay here again if passing through Eureka.

The pool, hot tub and pool table recreation area was amazing! Best of any similar hotel we have ever been to. There were tiki torches, lounge chairs and even a gas fire pit. That area of the hotel far exceeded my expectations and made the stay special and worthwhile.

Our room was so so. It had a slight odor (maybe the rug) and slightly older furniture. However they did provide two Terry cloth robes which was a treat. Also the front desk guy was too chatty. There were several people waiting to check in and he just took his sweet time. Super inefficient at 9pm at night. Breakfast was so so. Book direct through Best Western to get better dates and earn rewards.

I loved the breakfast! So many different options and I loved how they had almond milk and turkey sausage as options because I’m sensitive to regular milk and sausage. The shower was pretty nice. They had dispensers in the shower of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was different and cool. The spa, pool, and workout area was pretty nice as well and very clean.

The beds are usually way more comfortable. The mattress seemed to have a divot in it and the bedding was kinda off. There was no fitted sheets just top sheets and a thin looking duvet without a duvet cover on it.

Room, front desk people, pool and even breakfast! Access to the Limousine was a huge treat and my girls were so blessed on their birthdays!

Pillows and bedding. The pillows were super hard and lumpy. All of them. Almost as if they’d been washed a thousand times. I’ll bring my own next time. The bedding was strangely bunching up on us with the slightest movement. I didn’t pull the bed apart to figure out what’s going on. And lastly the mattress was pretty saggy in the middle and my back hurt at the end of our trip from it. Seems like a lot, but we sure had fun in Eureka AND at the hotel anyways!

The room was quiet and clean. The location was right in downtown Eureka so shopping/food was easily accessible. I used the business area in the lobby for some meetings and it was pleasant and the staff didn't bother me. Staff seemed very knowledgeable of the local area and were able to give great recommendations on things to check out. Also - while I didn't use it, the hotel has a limo that will drive you to restaurants or other places around town. That was a cool feature. Last, they had a really great drink machine in the lobby for espresso drinks.

The hotel is a little older so some of the amenities reflect that. I would have liked if the room had a bathtub instead of just a stand up shower. The parking lot is a little cramped but otherwise I have no complaints.

Nice pool area; although the pictures make it look nicer than it is. Friendly and helpful staff.

The price, high price for the location and room size.

The amenities were great! Amazing set up for a nice relaxation in the hot tub. The pool was great too, though it could be warmer in the elements and season. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heating fan in the bathroom is fantastic!

Only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that we couldn't let our 10 months old baby join us in the hot tub and the pool was too cold for her after a short while. Hotel Rules stating no kids under 4 in the hot tub. Our baby has been in too many hot tubs to remember since the day she was born and we never had trouble including many hotels and public pools. But rules has to be followed and respected.
