Excellent room and facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful to me and other guests checking in at the same time.

Location is right as you come into town from the north and literally right on the highway. Not much around in easy walking distance. I like to walk to a dinner spot, not drive, after checking in. Fortunately, I found Ginger, a Korean restaurant, which was excellent, just a short jaunt south of the hotel. If you do drive into town from the back, be careful coming back up 101; if you miss the turn, you will drive bait out of town before you can make a U turn and return

The pool was fun. The kids had a great time swimming. The place is conveniently located near Target, so it was easy getting supplies. The place felt secure and safe. Breakfast was pretty decent. The biscuits were delicious. Overall we had a good stay there.

The cost was $100 more than what we were quoted on Bookings.com. That was an unpleasant surprise. We got there a few hours after check in time and the cleaning lady was still mopping in the room. I have problems with strong chemical smells, so when I walked in the room I instantly got a headache and became very nauseous. But other than those two inconveniences, we had a good time there.

Hotel was supe clean and had great amenities in the rooms. Bathroom bright and very large counter with lots of towels. The breakfast offering was good except they aren't serving eggs due to increased costs as stated on a memo in the room. The parking lot was secured behind an iron gate and fencing. The.bed was super comfortable!

The entire town is infested with homeless addicts. Unfortunately, this problem is endemic to the coast and also at home where we live as well. This will be a problem anywhere in this town and the hotel has done a good job to protect its guests from the crime.

The property was in close proximity to a target and several restaurants. In order to enter the parking lots, you had to get the code at check in, which I thought was a wonderful safety measure. They had a decent variety of standard breakfast foods and the indoor pool was convenient. The manager who checked us in was an absolute Gem and she was very welcoming. The property had some charm as well, although could definitely use some upgrades.

The floors (panel flooring) in the rooms were a bit sticky and the bottoms of our feet were super dirty the first night. I couldn’t tell if it was because they used too much cleaning solution or not enough. The tub was large but it took away space from the toilet so it’s kind of a tight squeeze if you’re a larger bodied person. Also, it would be great if this hotel (and frankly every hotel) would upgrade to an oblong toilet that isn’t so low to the ground. Lastly, there were spots in the bottom of the pool that were extremely slippery and the pool area itself looked like it could have used a little love. Draining the pool completely, refinishing the pool and possibly making the shallow end a little more shallow will for sure increase the awesomeness of having an indoor heated pool.

Good location - close to all the attractions we planned to see. The breakfast options were good, and the swimming pool was a good distraction. The bathtub in the room was exceptional!

The parking situation is a bit tricky - locked gate with a code and some spaces are hard to get in and out of. Unfortunately, my car got bumped into during the night (fender-bender), but no one took responsibility or left a note. The neighborhood seems a bit rough, but maybe that is just the general vibe up north?

I decided to not spend alot on lodging to save money for activities. And I was pleasantly suprised. It's located on the edge of town. We found this very convienent since we planned on exploring various sites while in town. The parking lot is gated which was awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the mini fridge had a seperate freezer, unlike most that end up freezing all your items. The bed was very comfortable. I took advantage of the breakfast. Everything was awesome. Hot coffee, waffles, eggs and a variety of other options. Overall a great place to stay, and you can't beat the price.

We had a great weekend stay! For the price it exceeded our expectations.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the front desk clerk took it upon herself to change our room, to a one "she liked better, because she didn't like the other one." The bed and bedding was extremely comfortable.

The room smelled like cat pee, the chair & foot stool had stains. The bathroom light covers hadn't been cleaned and were falling apart along with the door seemed to have had shelf paper applied at one point because it was peeling and there appeared to be a leak in the ceiling above the shower. (Mold and the seam tape was bubbling) And the window would not open if there was an emergency. They were great at trying to keep up with the hoards of adults/children running around at the complementary breakfast. I do have pictures.

The breakfast was pretty good, and the beds and pillows were xomfy.

The floors inside the room were not very clean.

Comfortable clean room. Friendly staff. We stayed for one night on the 2nd floor with windows overlooking the parking lot. It was quiet.

No eggs for breakfast! No bacon too. A cup of tea, two eggs and bacon are enough to make me happy. A piece of paper on the table said it was due to the situation with eggs on the U.S. market. It's a shame, though, that other hotels on our path had enough eggs to serve breakfasts that week. Parking gates didn't always accept our code.
