Breakfast was actually very good and had an excellent assortment of options. The man tending to everything was nice and quick to help. Location of the hotel was also nice. Rooms were quite. The staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean.

The only minor complaint we had was we had asked for an early check in at 1 and was told online via messaging that it would be possible. It was not due to being very busy and the lady at the front stated, she did not recognize the messaging. However she was still able to get us an earlier check in before 2. The coffee at the breakfast station could have been better

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and very sweet, polite and courteous. The room, though dated, was very clean and the towels were really, really soft! The iron came in handy for a wrinkled scarf.

An extra blanket would've been great, as the night was chilly. (I usually turn the heat down and like to be bundled up at night.) I simply doubled-up the bedding on top of me, it worked. (I'm sure the front desk would've given me one IF I asked.) Guests smoking outside their room around the corner from mine. There were two guys talking very loudly in the morning right outside my room, waking me up.

I was impressed with this property and staying with Best Western. The inside and outside were both extremely clean and kept well. I really give a big thank you to the staff! Will stay again for sure!

The only thing that I want to add is that since I’m not tall, the mattress was very high! It was a 15” height. Could not get onto the bed without doing gymnastics. Other than that, I enjoyed myself very much!

This property was extremely clean, comfortable, and just as it was pictured and described. The breakfast was plentiful with choices and we would definitely stay here again.

Although this is not a complaint, it would’ve been nice to have covered parking since it was raining and we did get wet going back-and-forth to our car which is truly no fault of the hotel.

we were very pleased with her accommodations. this best Western also has beautiful landscaping, very well taken care of . Very comfortable room that actually did have nice bedding nice towels, very clean.

every time I have breakfast at a hotel, I have to ask myself why they cannot seem to cook bacon or sausage so that it is actually finished cooking and does not taste like it has sat in deep grease for hours. most people like their sausage a golden brown rather than gray color and bacon should not be floppy.. besides the under cooked breakfast meat best Western and especially this location does a far better job than most other hotel motel chains I have stayed at. there is a large assortment of things to eat, and things that would make children happy also.

The location was very convenient, just off the freeway. We weren’t in front so we heard no traffic. The breakfast choices were very good for a continental one, including the make your own waffles.

On the down side, I would have liked a firmer mattress & the bathroom door was hard to shut. I definitely would stay here again.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western hotel. The day I arrived, the desk clerk, Dominic, greeted me with a friendly and welcome smile. That's the moment I knew that I had made a great choice. He took it upon himself to make sure my room was ready. He explained certain features about my stay. He assured me that he would answer any questions I might have. The accessible room had ample parking right in front. This made it easy to retrieve my luggage. The room and bathroom were spacious. The refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, the t.v., and air conditioner all worked. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast room was clean with a variety of help-yourself food/drink. I had never eaten a Jimmy Dean croissant sandwich before. They were so good that I bought a box of them when I returned home. You had to have a hotel key to enter the breakfast room. The scent of the hair shampoo and conditioner was pleasant. The hotel is right off of the freeway and located near restaurants, gas, and stores.

Although the room appeared to be clean, it wasn't entirely clean. When I went to the curtains to sneak a peek outside to see who was near my car, my face met a mass of cobwebs. I guess that's what I get for being nosey.lololo

It was a bit noisy at night. The food was very good. I prefer oatmeal fresh.

I like the place a lot the hadicapped accommodations were met. The toilet was the right height and the mattress. E My mother felt secure to sleep and use the bathroom. The chair needs to have a leg adjusted a a bit higher for safety. I would prefer the seat that pull down from the wall. Otherwise, we were very happy.

Super clean. Everything was in good repair. Furnishings seemed new. Breakfast was tops for the class. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked sparkling clean. Staff was friendly and competent

While they set the standard for a well run Best Western, there was not really anything that stood out as extra

I enjoyed the room, plenty of space to spread out, and the included breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool and spa were nice, and there were pool towels at the pool so you didn't have to worry about that. Location is near some gas stations, a lot of restaurants, both fast food and sit down, as well as a theme park (Scandia) so you pretty much have everything you need within walking distance.

The scrambled eggs and bacon were lackluster at best at breakfast. More parking would also have been appreciated, but I know there's little that can be done about that.
