Very nice staff. We got there early and asked if we can check in, the gentleman was very kind and totally let us check in 2 hours early at no charge. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pool, it was very cute and cozy. Room was nice and comfortable, had everything we needed. Full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only 25 minutes from Napa Valley, not a bad drive at all.

You have to buy breakfast at their bar, not included. A little pricey for bar food.

Hotel host I believe his name was David is the perfect example of how a hotel host is expected to be in a hotel of that stature . He was very friendly and made sure all my accomodations were met . Thanks you David . Your HR dept. Know how to pick'em.

More noise reduction for the side of the hotel facing freeway .

On this trip, I did not have breakfast due to a busy schedule. I have had breakfast before, and felt it was a good breakfast for the price. It is very convenient.

Walking distance to restaurants. Great lobby to meet up in. Refreshing infused water always available in lobby. Easy access to freeway. 2 elevators and stairs close to our room.

Our room was small-hard to have extra people visit in the room. But plenty of room to visit in the lobby area. Very small fridge.

There was a bug in my room, and the water in the tub was running very, very slow. The cleaning people should have reported the slow drain in the tub if they were cleaning it.

Felt safe, it was clean and the staff was kind

Was not aware that the balcony did not have a view for there is a safety wall that covers any clear view of the pool area. That was disappointing but understand safety reason

Excellent front desk agent. We had the key to our room within 5 minutes. He was also very courteous and knew the surrounding area very well.

They had everything I needed

It was really just a little too pricey and they sprayed something to cover up the cigarette smell and I realize it’s hard for them to Police that but it was gross

Christy was very nice and check in was quick. We had a sick family member was with us and we got him settled in his room quickly...very appreciated. Breakfast was delivered to our family member so they didn't have to wait downstairs..thank you Felisha.

Location was great. Room very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Walking distance to Denny's and other places to eat. Walking distance to grocery store. Gas station across the street. Plenty of room for big rig parking and towables.

Unattended front desk for quite a while, had several customers waiting.
