I liked the size of the room and the ability for the window to open to let in fresh air. The mini fridge was nice and the AC kept the room cool.

It was a long line to check in- waited about 20 minutes. Even though we got a non smoking room it smelled like cigarettes. We lifted the mattress and found a crushed up cigarette which was the cause of the smell. Though the AC worked well, there was a loud crackle/pop noise every time it came on which caused me to wake up all through the night.

I stayed here two nights for a conference in Downtown Fresno and it was easy and safe to walk around. The room was spacious and clean. I liked the pool and had a swim.

The plumbing is very old and I had to run the hot shower for a long time to get warm water, which is a crazy in a drought stricken state. The breakfast is terrible with plastic plates and bowls and the toaster did not toast both sides of the bread. . The only fruit on offer were sad looking bananas, apples and oranges. The orange juice machine was broken. This is state with wonderful fruits and nuts growing everywhere. It felt like the keen staff were just caretaking rather than pro-actively managing.

I only stayed for one night, but the room was quite nice. Could use a bit of an update on the power/USB outlets, at least for business travelers, but it was better than the other places I stayed during my recent trip to the Central Valley. Bed was comfy, place was clean. Shower worked and hot water came on pretty quick. Not quite walking distance to the Convention Center, but otherwise pretty close.

The exterior and parking lot need a major update. Some attention to proper marking/striping of parking spots would be helpful. I had to weave and dodge my way around utility trucks parked every which way, taking up multiple spots, which made it hard to figure out if I was parked in the right place or not.

shower jell hair dryer ,and frig. and coffee pot in the room and a closet Appreciated the Bible in the drawer.. We appreciated Non smoking Hotel. Great supply of towels and wash clothes Breakfast available without going some where else.

I didn't remember to ask where the ice machine was located. When I dialed 0 the desk said that they would send someone up to help us with the wi fi but didn't show up. not enough dining space for size of hotel.

Adequate for a one night stay. New remodel looking better. Location not great but easy. Breakfast was adequate needs more protein.

The part of town is getting run down with a homeless perblem so Fresno needs to do something about that. The property supplied adequate security around the parking lot and perimeter.

Contacted staff after stay regards what seemed extra money being taken that they didn't explain. They came back to say no extra taken but when I went back to them to say showing on my account they have just ignored me. I have worked out for myself it is just the incidentals payment that will be refunded (I hope) within a few days. But just ignoring my emails is not great customer service....either tell me that payment being taken at check in (which they didn't) or let me know when I queried it.

The convenience of location. Very close to hospital. Good value for room The bed was comfortable. Room size was pretty big. Staff accommodated my special request. Breakfast was good. Better than your continental breakfast. Overall, a pretty good stay. Would come back.

Floor was sticky in bathroom. A client spilled milk on floor during breakfast and told front desk staff member. The front desk guy told him it was fine and left it! That was an accident waiting to happen.

I liked that. The hotel was near the Saroyan theater. I also liked the lovely houses across the street. It was a delight to see them in the morning. I also like the IHOP right next door.

I would prefer a few healthier choices at the breakfast if that is at all possible. It seemed like there was coffee in a lots of carbohydrates. No eggs.

I loved the breakfast options they had and woman who helped with refills was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, we were like 10 min away from everywhere we wanted to visit.

The elevator was a little far from our room and we got the 3rd floor so we had to used the stairs

Staff was excellent. My son forgot his brand new work boots at the hotel and didn't realize until we were 3 hours away. He called and they said if he could get a shipping label to them they'd mail them to him. They arrived today 🙌

Breakfast was less than desired and they ran out.
