The breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal and yogurts. The room was spacious and had a nice sized bathtub. Beds were comfy and smelled clean, no lingering smoke smells at all or chlorine smells from the pool. Pool was open since it was nice and warm. I love that the hallways were only accessible to guests, made me feel safe. Very convenient location right off the freeway, next to a Dennys and across from McDonald's. Great stay overall.

Wish they had a jacuzzi. But nothing that wouldn't keep me from coming back.

Best western village inn is a good hotel better than what I expected I came with my dog and was a hotel that allowed pets for a good price there was an addition $30 fee for having my dog which is fine and didn’t mind, when checking in the lady at the front was nice it was quick let me know all the information I needed to know. The clean was clean and spacious they also have a pet area for my dog to use the restroom which is a bonus for me that I really liked ! Breakfast in the morning is good with different options to chose from. Would definitely recommend will be returning back

The location was great but the rooms was very musty mold musty smell because did not air them Out carpet need cleaning allowed dogs to stay there and they're not serviced dogs. Facial towel linen is not white and clean. Has to change rooms three times because T.V. didn't work first second time room to musty next time the bathroom toilet would not flush properly.

Eggs at breakfast were horrible. We were told that the main building was being renovated so we were put in a different building, that was a lie. I just don't like that you have to go to a different building to get breakfast. That is why I usually don't stay at Best Western Hotels.

The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and seemed clean. Security guard at night. Staff was very transparent about parking lot safety. Bed was very comfortable. Room smelled nice. Had a luggage cart that was super helpful. We were able to bring EVERYTHING in to reduce the risk of theft.

The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. It looks like the toilet had a prior leak but they never repaired the wall behind it. The location was a bit sketchy, but not as bad as the yelp reviews say. The security lock on the exterior door was broken even though it instructed us to close it for our safety

Needing a quick stopover it suited our needs. Reasonably clean and quite. Macdonalds just over the road was a blessing for us. Shopping precinct close by with large cinema complex. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. For a last minute booking this hotel was ideal for an early get away to San Fran. Wouldn't recommend exploring the neighbourhood on foot after dark. Felt safe within the hotel grounds. It was too cold for a swim but the pool seemed to be well maintained.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good. We chose this place because it was sort of central to reaching Yosemite and Kings Canyon and Sequoia, in our price range.

I'm not sure what the floors are mopped with, but they were very sticky and still dirty. Also the knob to turn on the shower water was very stiff and hard to pull out. A little WD-40 might help!

The staff at the front office were very helpful and freindly. The room was clean and fully stocked with everything we would need. The pool area was clean and property was overall well kept. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options even though we came a little bit later.

We had to leave fairly quickly. The AC took a second to figure out and the coffee maker didn't have directions.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff who helped me check in she was very friendly and asked about my day, after a long car ride I needed to use the washroom and liked they had one in the lobby she showed me my room location and told me helpful information. The room was spacious and clean as well as the hotel parking lot everything was great. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious with many options to choose from. Checking out was quick as checking in. Will be coming back again
