We were impressed with the property. The lobby was clean, large, and welcoming. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great with made on order hot entrees. The room was clean and has a nice setup.

We had called a day or two prior to our stay to make sure the hot tub and pool were working. To our disappointment they were both closed when we arrived.

Great location that is convenient and easy to access from the freeway. Beautiful lobby area with cozy places to sit and hang out. The rooms were fresh, well kept, cozy, and clean.

The pool is out of service and there was no advance notice given. I felt bad for my son who packed his pool gear. If it was noted on the website, I could have prepared him ahead of time so it wasn’t a big letdown. The front desk staff was not very friendly but we always made sure to greet them anyway because we know a smile and “hello” can go a long way!

The hotel was a decent price for a decent place. If you need just a basic room to sleep, this is a great hotel. It had your basic necessities and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also nice, clean, and updated.

There was a sticky part on the carpet. But the rule is to always wear your shoes/ slippers ⚠️.

the bathtub faucet was leaking hot water and not just a drip the whole 2 days we were there. I reported it to the front desk immediately. I understand it probably wasn’t a quick fix but they should have moved us to a different room and repaired it right away in light of the water situation. also there’s no way the cleaning staff could have missed it as it was running lightly. carpet could have been cleaner.

Manager at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Smiled, made check in easy, answered questions and overall was professional and pleasant.

Location was good, and I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. No breakfast on Saturday morning. If I need to type more. let me say I was disappointed that I could not obtain a receipt for my stay from the front desk.

Hotel desk was unable to provide a receipt copy, saying I had to get that through Booking.com. I have not yet been able to obtain a receipt. Couldn't get coffee machine to work first night. What else do you want?

The staff were friendly and accommodating. A good and nutritious breakfast. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Easy to find and close to freeway on ramps and off ramps.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed. The windows didn’t open at all. Made me feel a little claustrophobic.

more than a month later and I’m still in dispute of a $32 that was double charged on my card for breakfast. My reservation had breakfast included already. Will appreciate if someone look into this. I’ve called the property but had to cancel the transaction through my credit card company since I didn’t have the refund from Hilton.

Breakfast was good and the stuff that works there is very nice and kind.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the coffee machine in my room didn’t work but was not a big deal for me.

it was welcoming, the staff was wonderful. It was clean and I felt secure being there alone

the family across the hall with screaming kids and slamming the door over and over again. it’s not the hotel it was the parents that didn’t take control of the kids
