Decent variety of breakfast. The hot water was amazingly good and fast.

For those of us working in he area, a 7 am start is a little too late to be able to eat and get to the jobsite. We couldn't use the included breakfast but 2 times out of 4 days because of that rule. The fried eggs were so-so. The towels were acceptable. I never like being asked if I want the room cleaned. Just clean it. Didn't know where the ice maker was. There was a truck with an extension ladder sticking out of it in the parking lot for the entire time and never moved.

The cookies upon arrival were delicious! The breakfast was awesome. Thank you for providing a diabetic friendly breakfast it’s raw to come by. The room decor was amazing and the shower pressure was awesome

Well paying $225 a night and having a wall view was kinda a bummer. Also the ax turns off and on so the bed was great but hard to sleep room got warm and the air mc took awhile to kick back on. Also the TV was small and laying in bed our feet blocked the screen. Didn’t make for good to watching while relaxing.

The breakfast was amazing, I think you can tell the guests a bit more as to what was on offer, the place I stayed at in Sanfrancisco said they had a complimentary breakfast which was a danish, an orange and a health bar. So the first day I dis not bother to go

I am not sure if your main clientele is business or pleasure, however of my 3 last days I had to be at work between 5 and 6 am, I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast Perhaps a pared down offering like just the cereal and juices? I popped into reception and got a hot chocolate but something on the cake stand would have been appreciated

Great location and walkable to Main Street. Spotlessly clean, totally remodeled rooms with quaint Mexican touches, would like floor. Nice business desk and TV got many many channels which was good. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator for my snacks. Service staff was excellent and took care of any requests I needed. Wonderful chocolate chip cookies in the lobby that are made daily! Breakfast was quite good for a Best Western and a hotel in this range. There were real hot eggs and also peanut butter and nuts which are things that I can eat. I can't eat other things but they did have many breads sausages biscuits and a decent coffee machine. Also fresh fruit. Slept very well in a comfortable bed and the bathroom was modern

Some loud neighbors one night. But the hotel has a policy of quiet zone from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. which I really liked

The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful. The bed was nice and comfortable the room was spacious with nice lighting. The shower was strong and warm.

The lobby was untidy with papers and an old paper plate with pizza on it. It was a yucky introduction to the place but luckily the room was much better.

each day we went out on our return in the evenings are cards wouldn’t work abc it was quite a Trek round to the reception to get them re programmed. because the cards would allow us to cut through so had to walk all the way round the road and other properties

The living/sleep space was very clean. Wasn't planning on eating breakfast while staying but decided to one day, find out breakfast was great. To me the taste were just right, the egg wasn't over salt like many other hotel I have stay. Great muffin, sausage patty. The destinations between were we planning to visit was just right, not too far, freeway not to busy.

The mini fridge in the room were we was staying in make a small amount of noise. Don't know about the other room. Since we has drinks we couldn't unplug it but if you don't plan on using it, shouldn't be a problem. The sink could use a bit more cleaning, so do the shower head. Again doesn't bother us much.

front desk men were helpful but unprofessional in attire, you don’t expect guys in white tshirts and basketball shorts to be handing you keys to $300+ a night rooms, it was gated but left open for what looked like their friends to come and go, so security was minimal

you left us in peace One text asking about our need for room services, we said no thanks, and you didn't ask again on the succeeding days. That's GREAT if our DOG had flunked at the dogsitter, you would have allowed him to be with us. Yay!

The front desk people were helpful and pleasant. The room was plenty big and clean. The breakfast was very good with many choices which were kept filled as people came and went. Denise, the woman who was taking care of the food and checking and sanitizing the tables was excellent. She was welcoming, pleasant, and efficient and personable.

The hot water in the sink smelled and tasted like sulfur unless you ran it for a while to get past that. I felt that the cost was high but that may be a sign of the times.
