Garden Inn and Suites met my expectations for a clean and quiet place to stay. It was with in walking distance of services. The suite was comfortable and I liked having a small kitchen area to prepare simple meals.

The Wifi was slow. Also the bed was a little too soft for my taste but might be fine for others. These are not really concerns and I really had an excellent stay at the Garden Inn and Suites. Housekeeping couldn't have been better

Really enjoyed this hotel - we prefer staying in smaller hotels with some character, and this one fits the bill. Room was huge, with all required amenities, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV. Staff were excellent and very responsive: our toilet malfunctioned overnight and as soon as we reported it to the manager he came up and fixed it. Large window has a privacy shade where you can still see out, but others cannot see in, which was nice, as there are colorful flower boxes and plants outside on the railings. Location was fairly quiet, for the area, and you can easily walk to several stores and eateries. There are some parking spots under cover, which was nice, as it rained overnight.

We could not get the TV to work, but not sure if that was due to the storm or if it was just complicated. We did not bring up this issue to the manager, as we don't need a tv, but I am sure he would have fixed it or shown us how to use it if we had - he was very helpful.

Hotel room was big and sizeable rooms were clean onsite laundry was simple but welcomed - staff had change for the machine as only took quarters complimentary takeaway breakfast was unexpected and welcomed - juice, apple, danish per person

the hotel was far away from downtown but this is reflected in the price took 1 hr to drive into LA - Santa Monica. Highway nearby so was easy enough

The location was perfect, and the staff was amazing. Cynthia always has a smile on her face, is super friendly, and helps out with any issues. She deserves a raise, the new management is very nice too. Thank you, guys.

The beds could be a little more comfortable.

Spotless, well-maintained. Nice, efficient proprietors. Convenient location. Good breakfast.

Thin walls. I could hear my neighbor snoring. Always travel with earplugs.

bed was really comfortable and i enjoyed having a microwave and a refridgerator. the room was large and the water pressure in the shower was SUPER STRONG!!!!!!!! WOW!

i did not like having to climb stairs with my luggage.

Always upgrading and improving this lovely property! Upgraded the window treatments, resurfaced all walkways and stairs!

Would have liked a more comfortable bed it was a little stiff perhaps some foam or more padding mattress would have helped besides that the room was great

Hotel was close to where we were visiting.

Bathroom door was very squeaky making it loud at night while others slept. Bathroom curtain was dirty and needs replacing.

The room was big and very clean. Directly across the street from The Hat. Will stay here again when needed.

The room above us was very noisy throughout the night. Walls are very thin
