Staff was absolutely wonderful checking in and out. In fact, was upgraded for free! My room (203) looked like it had been completely redone with new flooring, new bathroom, furniture, and fixtures. Wifi was great and had no interruptions. Location was great for me. It was close to numerous restaurants yet very calm and quiet at night. If I bring the family to LA for vacation, it would be worth it to stay here again.

I didn't check out any of the amenities, so I can't comment on things like pool, vending, ice machines, or whatever. I was traveling for work so I just needed a bed, shower, and place to work. Perhaps I'll have more if I return with family for vacation.

It was decorated nicely and modern decor. The parking spaces were big. It was clean. The front desk area was well lit and both attendants night and morning were friendly. The parking lot was well lit and seemed safe. The area seemed safe in general.

The shower floor was slippery. It was just the style, but if you were not careful you could fall. The pillows could have been more comfortable, but there were plenty of them.

The motel is freeway-close and has been renovated to meet the needs of those who need a clean, quiet place to spend the night or several nights. Check-in was straightforward, and although there was a line to check-in, no one was irritated and the evening clerk was unfailingly polite.

Everything exceeded my expectations. There was NOTHING that wasn’t to my satisfaction.

The person at the check-in counter was very professional and helpful. Answered all my questions. The room was very clean and updated because I travel often I look for a hotel that will be quiet so that I can sleep. This place was excellent.

ice machine was broken but staff had a sign at the check-in counter advising customers. Stated it was out for repairs, but they were very helpful and directing me where I could get ice off of the premises.

Clean room, calm and safe property. Bed was made daily, toiletries and towels refilled/changed daily. Decided to stay for an additional night with no issues from staff. Friendly and helpful employees. Property is close to a shopping mall, some fast food, many restaurants and our favorite— Portos!

PROS: The room was updated with modern furniture and decor. It had everything I needed, including free wifi. The location was great, close to the freeway and shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

CONS: The bed was firm and still wrapped in plastic, so it made crinkle sounds every time I moved. The pillows were hard and flat. The towels were rough and the room smelled of strong cleaning chemicals.

Great place. Worth the extra money and time I spend to stay there. Heater worked great. Love the shower and the room is fantastic

The shower head was twisted and made it hard to shower without getting your hair wet. I tightened it then we were able to point it towards the ground and shower without water spraying us in the face.

I liked everything about travel Lodge The rooms were very clean , after a hard day at work nothing like relaxing in a hot jacuzzi this place has everything you want and some of the friendly staff all with a smile

Location is perfect as it is located beside the freeway so it was easy access for long drive travelers. A lot of food and shopping areas are nearby. Staff are very friendly and they even provided me upgrade room. The room looks new; very clean, bed and sheets are clean as well and very comfy. We travel a lot and frequent staying in hotels and this one of the best and cleanest rooms we've seen.

Everything was really clean, and I loved the atmosphere. Everything was really calm and the staff was nice.

I didn’t like the fact that the lights didn’t have a dim light. The light was either too dark or too bright. I think the room was also a big small for it being a king size.
