Breakfast was tasty, if limited. Certainly better by far than standard hotel breakfasts.

My wife was injured coming from the parking lot to the room walkway. With the exceptions of the stairs and the last parking place next to the steps down, every parking space has a heavy horizontal pipe that stops cars (and people). My wife tried to step from the unprotected parking space down but she fell onto the walkway. She bruised and cut her knees and elbows. Of course, she has recovered, but we think you should consider blocking that parking space from cars and people.

Nice location, nice rooms, nice amenities (however we did not have time to use).

Staff seemed ok, not super helpful- but very polite. Didn’t seem to know the property - we had a heater outside our room that didn’t work - we call for maintenance and no one knew it was there, so they were unable to fix it. Fireplace in the room was nice, but would have liked to use our patio.

There was no complimentary coffee or a welcome wine toast. most hotels in wine country offer a wine reception or a welcome glass of wine. this hotel has a very nice wine country vibe and feel, but it fell short on these perks.

Fantastic person on front desk a young woman with dark hair and glasses. So sorry I can’t remember her name. She was very helpful and made up for some slightly strange hotel policies. She really went out of her way. The rooms are nice if fairly small- the 4 person room didn’t feel quite big enough but it worked.

I think having to walk through the car park to get to the pool feels a shame. It would be great to join the piazza to the pool to maintain the feeling of loveliness

Rooms were nicely appointed and the staff was very accommodating. This property has a hard time distinguishing itself from the Best Western it used to be and is on the same property. There is no porte cachere' at the Hilton; only at the Best Western. The sense of arrival at the Hilton is lacking but the do what they can with what they have. I will always see it as the upgraded side of the Best Western.

The pods in the parking lot. The lack of separation between the Best Western and the Hilton makes it hard for a guest to differentiate. Oh..... And the buildings are painted exactly the same!!! So confusing!

The location was perfectly convenient right off the freeway. Rooms were cute and cozy and the staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to KARLA and TIFFANY because they were both AMAZING. LEGENDARY customer service from both of them. We showed up very late to a busy hotel, and they were able to secure a perfect room for us - it was a wonderful surprise for my wife and both Tiffany and Karla had amazing grace under pressure in a stressful situation. They were kind and generous and courteous - absolutely stellar service. Keep them at all costs and give them raises!

Nothing, everything was outstanding. No issues or complaints whatsoever.

You have an incredible staff. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The reception host remember my name later. We left our electric toothbrushes in the room, Brook assisted us in getting them back quickly - she was great. This is our second stay here and my son has stayed and our friends The Battens joined us and seemed equally pleased. We will stay here again.

Location perfect, mile walk to Plaza through parkland and edge of town. Hotel very comfortable and felt very safe . Room beautiful and lovely swimming pool also. Would return .

Did not like the breakfast set up so went into town for that. Almost no residents there, was not inviting looking and little information given about it. Could see pastries were out on display the previous night so not for me.

We came in for our son's wedding. We live locally and booked through booking.com to secure room. Disappointed the price was much lower per night upon check in and we did not receive a price match! Honestly, planning ahead worked against us on this big reservation. Paid way too much for not even really using our room except to sleep. Booking.com should price match.

This is an older Best Western that was renovated by Hilton and definitely updated. The room has a fireplace, a king bed, a sitting area with sofa and coffee table, a huge shower and nice bathroom, and a little outdoor sitting area. It was so quiet and SUCH a comfortable bed. The front desk staff was quite friendly, too. Also -- they have many outdoor areas for sipping wine, or relaxing in the sun, and hanging with your friends between activities. We will definitely stay here again!!

They have simple food options, so you do need to go elsewhere for a full-on dinner, but we were planning that anyway. Really, not much that we didn't like!!
