Amazing apartment complex. The kitchen was awesome, it had all the necessary equipment (even dishwasher). The best part was having a barbecue on the terrace. The bedrooms where super confortable and clean. The workers were very nice and warm. The apartment complex had swimming pools, volleyball, basketball courts and grass areas (balls could be borrowed for free) as well as open bbq spots. There was also a little gym we could use. There was plenty of parking around the units. In general the area was quiet. It was better than I expected. We had a lovely time there and we would definitely come back!

Wifi was not free, it was 5$ a day for only 2 devices. Recreational area (pool table) was also not totally free - 2 $ game. The gym equipment was quite limited. Other than that, it was a very cool place.

Location is very close to many nice places to eat, things to do and much to see. Bodega Bay is a must and we enjoy the nice walk around Armstrong Park. The Sonoma county coast is beautiful to drive. Lots of interesting places to pull off and enjoy natures gifts. Santa Rosa has a nice mall with free parking.

The unit had a few issues… Tired furniture, main bathroom door did not close and it was impossible to start the dishwasher. It had been pushed too far under the counter to access operating buttons. We had to pay for WiFi also.

This is a timeshare property, so there was no breakfast provided. However, the unit had a full kitchen so no breakfast was needed. I was most impressed by all of the staff members that I came in contact with. They were all very friendly and helpful.

I never like to be asked to go to a sales pitch. They were very polite about it, but I still would prefer to not be asked to sit through a "90" minute no pressure presentation that ALWAYS goes for over 2 hours and is ALWAYS full of pressure to buy more time.

Cleanliness of unit, amenities, and location were all great. Very pleasant! Loved the personal barbecue on our balcony!

Our air conditioner stopped working on the second day and we had a difficult time getting the guest services and maintenance folks to respond (they had another internet problem, in fairness). Ultimately it got fixed and we were more comfortable.

The property has a great location, and the physical layout of the unit we had was good. The unit is well appointed with appliances, dishes, etc.

The HVAC, which ran 24/7 was very noisy, so much so that bedroom doors had to be closed to be able to sleep. Furniture was pretty standard, but the beds are due to be replaced, as they sag so much the sheets constantly come loose. The property is terribly short on parking making the lot hard to navigate with cars parked wherever they can find room. The timeshare sales staff is a bit aggressive. Lastly, we stayed at the property as "hotel" guests, but got no services.

Spacious and well furnished, although some of the furnishings were a little big for the space. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking needs. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were too firm. Nice grounds and appointments.

Unnecessary daily charge for wifi which was limited to two devices.

2 bedroom suite was clean and had a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for accessing a lot that this part of Sonoma has to offer. E.g., coastal parks, lovely towns and if interested a lot of wineries.

Do not think internet use should be an extra cost. As it is a timeshare facility you will be asked to participate in the seminar, but you can politely refuse.

Location is wonderful. Close to so many fun things! Love the swimming pool and patio. Kitchen was a great size. Everything clean! Would love to come again. Everyone friendly!

I would like free WiFi and I could not understand how to set up the tv to my phone. Never did that begore

3 friends on a “girls” trip. We were greeted pleasantly, the grounds were very well kept and the unit felt comfy, safe, clean and roomy.(2beds/2bath). Lots of things to do in the surrounding area- hikes, wineries, shopping, antiques, etc.

Convenient to wineries and close to downtown Windsor. Easy on and off the highway. Unit was spacious for the price we paid on booking.com. Super Clean

Hot tubs around the property were a joke. The one behind our building was located inside a chain-link fence directly next to the pool pump for the large pool that was constantly running. Water was only lukewarm didn’t even bother.
