The very caring, kind, and helpful gentleman that checked us in the night we arrived July 23rd, 2024, at around 11pm, made the stay very positive and helped us find a room with proper working AC for us. I do wish I got his name. He worked both the night shift on the 23rd and 24th of July 2024 while we were there. Also, having a fridge and microwave was perfect! And location to an In n Out is great because in 29 Palms, we don't have one, haha. Also, I loved how there was no carpet. Surprisingly quiet, too!

The bed was more firm to my liking. The first room had flatter pillows, but thankfully, when we landed with 203 with a good AC, the pillows were fluffy. Run down look within the room and the furniture, could have been covered better, but really not a deal breaker for us. Even other guests were quite polite when we saw them.

I liked the location as I needed to work in San Jacinto. They gave me a ground floor room which I wanted. The staff was friendly and although the office doors are weird- all worked out fine. I would stay again

The parking was a little tight and they had cones blocking spaces- made it tough to park near the room, but otherwise no complaints

Around the property there was plenty of food places to pick from, even a Dennys right across from not even a minute walk.

Pool was dirty as well as pool area, shower head would leak on to wall and it would create puddle on the floor next to tub when showering

From the moment I booked this room I had a bad experience I went into my room and it was really hot I immediately called the manager to explain to him that the air condition was not working well he told me that he would send maintenance maintenance came and told me that the machine the air conditioning was broke I called management back and the only thing he told me was that he could offer me a better deal the next time I stay I also booked this room because of the swimming pool that they offered I asked the management with a swimming pool be open he told me at 12:00 it never opened I live in the city and I do know about the homeless conditions that we have here and I'm very understanding but management does nothing to try to help keep the customers safe but I did notice that the only interest Gates that they have to the building is locked with chains at night which I feel is very unsafe due to the fact they have rooms that they rent right past the lock Gates the rooms do not have enough towels to accommodate two people nor do they have any shampoo soap I don't like the place I don't like the fact that my room was not equipped with a air conditioning had to pay the additional $60 deposit I will not be staying there anymore

Breakfast was not included, was told to go to Dennys next door, location was good, why we chose it. The handicap bathroom was great, although big hole on bathroom door.

The grounds were cluttered with litter because the trash cans were full and needed to be emptied. There was only one outlet in the room, so there was no place to plug-in chargers for our phones or iPads etc. King size bed was as hard as a rock. Small TV (32 inches) furniture was very old and lock on door wouldn’t work but had a slider. Only had towels for one person so asked for more towels and to have room cleaned but that never happed, had to walk down and get them from office ourselves. Room needed repainted because so many chips all over the walls.
