The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Always a smile and always providing help and getting what we were asking for. Good staff is hard to find and even harder to keep. In fact they earned the hotel the ten points, because the hotel is not the best in the world. But when you feel good, it makes up to some weaknesses. Patrons are sitting in the lobby at night chatting, doesn't it say enough? We slept very well!
The breakfast is... ...ok. One day (the bacon day) it was good.

The staff was professional, kind, polite, helpful... the breakfast, very good, the people visiting were polite and pleasant and friendly. The parking was easy, the building looks artistic, adorable... I only missed having the newspapers that I adore! But, I could go get it if U really wanted... Everything was great!

HOW AMAZING THE NIGHT DESK CLERK UNDERSTOOD OUR CONCERNS TRAVELING WITH AN AUTISTIC CHILD, THE RELIEF MY HUSBAND AND I FELT. ITS HARD FOR SOME PLACE TO UNDERSTAND WE WANT TO BE COMFORTABLE AND OTHER GUEST TO.

It smelled amazing like super clean. Close to many stores and restaurants . Our room was very nice with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids.
On the go breakfast could have better opinions and a longer time. 6am-9am

Good location, friendly staff, people minded their own business, we felt safe, the beds were comfy and there was a lot of space in the room/ bathroom with lots of blankets and towels. Breakfast and coffee was also good.

Very comfortable bed. Nice decor in the room. Nice sheets. Coffee downstairs was quite good quality.
A few peeling spots of wallpaper. Time for a re-do on the room.
