Excellent place to stay in Los Angeles. The price was just perfect, reasonable and affordable, and the room and location were very quiet. I loved staying in a classic old-school style US motel. The owner was helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the extra blanket he provided as it was chilly! The fridge in the room was also helpful, as were the two communal microwaves. Redondo Beach Metro station is within walking distance to travel to LAX and other parts of LA. There's a good Jack in the Box fast food place nearby, as well as a Target supermarket. The area felt safe.

We didn't have any where else to go. We were here off and on in our 11 months & 28 days of homelessness. Peter & his wife were so kind to us. He would always remind us before the 21st day so we could leave & come back. He always gave us the same room. Therw wasn't alot going on. It is very quiet. I am 100% remote and I was able to work from our room every day. The wi-fi was always good. It is in a central area. Stores & food places in walking distance. Some nice local restaurants. The fridge was big enough to put a couple of days worth of food. If you need towels every day, just put your old ones out they will wash them and give you new ones. It's not like a Best Western or a Studio 6, but on a budget and to get some sleep it works just fine.

Small rooms. My husband and I were kinda on top of each other. But it gives you enough space. Miss having a microwave in the rooms. The community microwaves were never cleaned. I would clean ours on the side we were on from time to time. The bed is not the best, but it does what it need to.

I love how it feels like home. The owners (husband and wife) are very friendly, professional and patient. I stayed there while my place was under renovation and I made it my business to rebook. I love how it's close to different eateries, the 405 freeway, a shopping center and Target. It's 2 busses away from the Hollywood Park Casino, LAX, the SoFi Stadium, the new Clippers stadium and the Kia Forum.

There's nothing I didn't like.

The property is quiet they do maintenance every day Rooms are clean. Water is hot television works. Climate control works mini refrigerator works. Reasonable price.. nice hosts. Safe environment. no pest or rodents.. or graffiti

I had no problems with the property Clean parking lot Smooth, pavement and there was no graffiti. I also made sure to pick up after myself as well

The manager was patient, understanding and kind. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was very nice. There's the fragrant aroma of delicious food from the manager's unit that's very comforting.

I liked everything about this property.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good selection of television channels and the wifi worked well. The hotel was located in a nice quiet location.

Check in staff requested a $20 cash deposit which was not listed on the booking.com site. I did not have cash. Suggested I use the ATM. I indicated that his atm would charge so I would need to go to Bank of America. He then said it would not be needed.

Nicely sized room, never heard the neighbors when they were being loud. Easy to park, easy to find. Even had a nice large closet which I'm not used too. AC blew cold.

Bathroom sink was awkward in the faucet position. Shower was very subpar.

There was plenty of parking and the room was very clean .

The only thing like about my stay was that they had some horrible pillows on the bed, when I got up the next morning my neck and my back was hurting me so bad. So please buy some new pillows otherwise my trip was great.

carpet flooring needs to go. room smells old. carpet flooring is disgusting. remove the strainer from bathroom sink, it’s filthy to look at.

It is a excellent place. It is not expensive. It is worth to have calm nights when you are a tourist.
