In all, the room and facilities are nice except for the carpet. Carpet looked dirty and worn out.

I had hip surgery ask for ADA Unit so I can walk in the shower, but they gave me regular tube they put a seat on tub. This was very difficult and frustrating water was leak out tub , I slip getting out. I told front desk there solution was to give me more towels. Need to pay attention to the customer needs.

The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Lots to do for kids on the property which is very convenient after arriving back from a long day of work. The staff is amazing. Always helpful and friendly. They supported me a lot through a tough time for our family so I'll always remember everyone there.

The rooms could be a little cleaner. They could use a deep clean here and there (walls, baseboards, etc.)

The rooms were large and comfortable. Huge thanks to Ruth at the reception who helped us out and was a real gem! Also the manager Greg was very helpful and friendly to us. We visited several hotels throughout our trip, and the service here was by far the best!

One of the rooms was of significantly inferior quality, even though they were the same category. It also had a bad smell in it. Luckily the helpful staff arranged a new and better room for us right away. Having only plastic and cardboard cutlery at breakfast felt wasteful and didn't give an impression of high quality.

The property was beautiful, the hot tub was hot and clean, the room was impeccable- but the star of the show was the staff! The ladies at the front counter took an unusual situation and fixed our crisis by going out of their way to help us and we ended up having an amazing stay. The gentleman that worked the front desk also went out of his way to show me where the store was to get milk for my daughter. We were exhausted, weary travelers in crisis and the whole team saved the day- will recommend this place to everyone we know!

I think guests should be asked if they want their room cleaned. My room wasn't cleaned, and my trash that needed to be thrown out. I think even if you don't want to clean rooms every day, you should at least dump trash and replace towels for guests.

everything except the jacuzzi.. Only cause it was foamy , hoping they get it right .. But other than that , that’s my go to .. Hotel is the best !!! rooms are nice spacious a great quiet location is good and even the bigger spot across is the best for breakfast or dinner any meal really .. one of the staff a short Hispanic lady is a pleasure to deal with very helpful and friendly

hidden fees, 100$ per night security deposit that was never mentioned before and 20$ a night for parking, also never mentioned. I only noticed because of the extra charge on my card for the parking, deposit wasn’t mentioned until check in

Great room, nice facilities, my son was thrilled you had a basketball court and we loved the jacuzzi.

Was totally happy with the non cleaning of our room (not once) something about covid rules which didn’t make any sense to me. Breakfast was rather disappointing. Rubbery scrambled eggs, weird burger things and the coffee was terrible
