great area, felt safe, close enough to downtown and Hollywood but far enough away from business, great neighborhood, big clean rooms, great helpful staff, nice pool, quiet and relaxing

no coffee in room, wifi and tv were slow at times

the location is great with free parking.

I think you can change the door key with using card.

Has working hot/code water, towel service, well kept room. This play provides a physical door key which is old school and first time experiencing it as many have touchless cards. Room was small and furniture was dated but clean. Room smelled of cleaning supply which wasn't the strongest I've experience but could tune it down a few mixes. This room had Netflix and Amazon Prime setup (Maybe last person forgot to logoff) Friendly service. No issues. There's also an on-site security guard so that is a reflection of the area. Convenient off of Wilshire and .5 mins from Koreatown. I was able to use the Lime scooters to get around as needed. Wilshire at this intersection wasn't too busy but as you get closer to K-Town traffic gets busier so you will have to be a cautious rider.

Smaller than expected and a bit dated. I was also worried I would lost the physical door key.

I like the location, it was just two miles from my destination, they have private parking, we arrived late and found parking without any issues. The place is very quiet, rooms are very clean, The windows have shutters which make the room dark and perfect for insulation. I would stay here again. The bed was very comfortable. It had a flat-screen TV with plenty of choices. Best of all, it was non smoking, and the room smelled good too.

The extra blanket was stained and needs to be replaced. The AC remote control needs new batteries, we operated the AC manually in the morning, but did not use it in the evening.

The room was surprisingly clean with a generous-sized fridge. Bed linens smelled fresh and didn’t have any stains on them. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom looked updated and was very clean, but didn’t have a lot of counter space. Water pressure was good. Parking was free and easy to find, but you may have a tight squeeze if you have a larger car. Location is excellent, close enough to ktown but within a pretty safe area.

The walls and doors are very thin. We got a room on the ground floor and you could hear the guests using the pool very clearly. We also heard and felt people loudly stomping upstairs throughout the day. The lock on the room door did not feel too secure because you can’t lock the deadbolt yourself, only the lock on the actual door handle (it’s a physical key, not a key card). There is also no safe in the room. The drink vending machines were cash only.

Great location, quiet and in a good area. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff are helpful. Only thing with my first room was there was a bit of a smoke smell and the tv wouldn't work. Called down to front desk on third night and Brandon changed us to another room. The next room was great. Pool is nice too.

The bed was comfortable. I liked the room. The hotel was nice and good for family. It seemed safe. Loved the pool! There were microwaves and ice machine that you could use for free in the courtyard on the first floor. The room was cleaned every day. They let me rent out a kettle for free.

The wifi was terrible! They should do something about it. It was not password protected either. The t.v. was also only through internet but kept getting cut off. The parking was rather tight but safe.

Great location, felt safe and secure with a security guard and front desk. The bed was really comfortable and it was really quiet at night as the rooms face an inner courtyard (not the road). Reception staff provided us with a kettle for hot water, there was also a microwave downstairs for guests to use and even a laundry room. Plenty of parking, reviews which say there isn’t much must not have driven to the end of the garage as there is lots. Daily housekeeping if you wanted it.

Some creaky floorboards above our room but wasn’t during unsociable hours!

The room was clean and the staff were all very friendly and nice. They were very helpful when I had a problem with the shower not turning off. Location was great. It was not far from all the different places I wanted to visit. The cute pool in the middle of courtyard was fun and perfect for a quick swim.

The wifi kept getting cut off. Not password protected either. The hotel was a bit old so the floors creaked and the doors shut with a bang. No loud people or street noise.

The location was great, service was quick and efficient. Accidentally booked a room for 2 instead of 3 and they were able to fix it and get us another room timely and without any hassle! Will definitely be staying here again. Pool was very clean and open from 9-9. Vending maxhine downstairs made it easy for snacks. Housekeeping turned down our room every day we were there. Came home to fresh sheets and towels everyday. Excellent room staff!

This is completely out of the hotels control so they didnt lose any points from our point of view. Parking. Parking. Parking. Limited spaces below, people can clearly not park when there are structure beams in the stalls. Some cars took up two spots, some were far over parked and don't allow room for others to park. Common courtesy of handicap spots are not observed. Just a mess all around limited street parking made it tough if you are out long nights enjoying the town. Get back early or be ready with a can opener to get out of your vehicle once tou park and have a spouse to guide you!
