I loved the location. Free parking. Close to Metro. Groceries. Pharmacies. Griffith Park. Rhai Town. Super helpful and friendly staff. Our room was large, super clean and very comfy. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't good at all. Powdered whitener for the coffee. Cellophane wrapped pre-packaged pastries. I've stayed other Super 8s, and they have waffles and fresh fruit and yogurt. Didn't like that there was a sketchy nightclub on the ground floor that had a separate entrance and thumping music till all hours of the morning. thank goodness it was only Friday and Saturday nights. Also, the elevator was out of commission, and staying on the third floor was a bit of a schlep every day. Would I stay there again? You bet!

Location was perfect. Easy access to trains/buses I didn't have breakfast in the Hotel but ha coffee few times

I have stayed in this hotel at least 20 times over the past 20 years. Most of the staff members have been working there for 15-20 years, and they know me. I LOVE them! Special thanks to Paco, Suneep, and Monir. However, a relatively new receptionist, Tanvir, was very rude to me this time. He forgot to return my passport and didn't even bother to leave a message in my room. When I asked if they had my passport, the night shift receptionist with a long beard (June 14 to 15) was also rude and told me that "THEY DO NOT HAVE my passport." As I was leaving, I turned around and asked him to "please check one more time." He then found it, but there was NO APOLOGY!

I loved the housekeeper that we had the whole time we were there it was an older lady she was extremely well and extremely nice I loved her and so did the family! If we needed anything or extra of anything towels washcloths etc she was always able to help us. She would check in with us to see if we needed housekeeping or what we needed everyday and she would even double check on us if we needed something before the end of her shift which was fabulous to us. If there is any way to give to make sure she gets credit on anything she needs it and we would be more than generously able to help.

Breakfast we were never able to get down to. I was told by house manager that breakfast stops at 9:00 a.m. there were several times that we would get downstairs to have breakfast at 8:30 and everything would already be closed up. Spoke to manager on duty and the response was they already run out of food or they already closed up for breakfast so then we would go and just eat breakfast somewhere.

The staff were extremely helpful and supportive of our special needs during our stay and the hotel was perfectly positioned to access restaurants, general amenities and pharmacy's as well as a easy bus hop into the heart of the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Vermont St. The room was tasteful and comfortable in size and bedding, and regularly tidied by friendly house keeping. We also valued the hotels parking.

The shower adaptor from a bath didn't work, so we could not take a shower, but it's ok, as we would have been able to bath still if we had chosen - so all was not lost. There was a hole in mesh at the window, but it was ok. The room wasn't serviced when we arrived, but management quickly changed us to a new, clean room.

Everything in the room was very clean. Towels clean, floor clean, bed and sheets clean. Location is wonderful if you want to visit Hollywood and Walk of fame. Bed is super comfortable, AC functions properly and we really had a good rest every night (we stayed up for 4 nights)

There’s homeless people in the surrounding but this is normal in LA. Breakfast does not have variety and all days is jus the same.

I wanted more choices for breakfast. Also, I did not like the people from the club attached to the building on Friday and Saturday. In addition, there was many homeless people in the area. There was people doing drugs near by.

I like the location...breakfast is okay, toast , coffee and juice and as for the staff , they are nice and polite..munir and i forgot the namw of the guy who works in the evening, very accomodating..I will definetly come back amd recommend this place

Everything was fine, staff was friendly.

It would be nice if you had a rule that says after 12:00AM no one has to stay hanging around or outside the hotel for the comfort of hotel residents, it was too loud after midnight.

Breakfast not bad and location is good.

There are some guys (homeless if not mistaken) taking & dringking beside the hotel until early morning.
