The Breakfast was good! It was so nice to fill up before heading out. Make sure to get there as early as you can if you want pastries and bagels. Those seemed to run out at about 9/9:30am. The coffee was kind of watery. No other complaints really. Everyone there was super nice, rooms were super clean, location was clean and quiet, parking was a breeze. Definitely staying here again!

Nothing really. The coffee at the breakfast bar was watery. I'm picky about my coffee, so that could just be my preference. The bear claws and bagels had ran out, you have to get there earlier.

First time coming here, and it was amazing check-in was quick and easy, no problem at all. I would highly recommend coming here. The location is not a bad spot. Everything is fairly close got a gas station next door, just a nice quiet place that is clean and comfortable would come here again

The only issues I had were the tv wasn't working, and the telephone provided in the room didn’t work, so I wasn’t able to call the front desk. I had to go personally to the lobby and ask for help.

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. At first I was afraid the hotel would be a bit loud as it's close to some big roads and freeway, but actually with the A/C on we could hardly hear the noise - depends on where your room faces I guess. Most importantly great location.

Hotel hallway a bit dark. Hair dryer (which is supposed to be installed into the wall) was missing in our room for some strange reason but it's not a big deal for us

We've stayed here on our last 5 visits to LA. The staff is very friendly. On this visit I requested an early check in 1:30pm. So glad they were able to accommodate the early check-in (even got upgraded to a king size bed 🤗). Everything is always clean, and the breakfast is our favorite. They have eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, cereals yogurt, toast, muffins, coffee, juice, milk & a waffle maker. This time I took my own blueberries & my entire family had blueberry waffles.

We like Everything!!! The coffee in the room was weak, then again, I drink double shot espresso every morning. My daughter was stoked they had decaffeinated coffee & tea.

Room is clean and adequate size. Bathroom is clean and a good size as well. The double beds room has a balcony. Good Wi-Fi. Room has a teapot with no tea bags but with coffee packs. Parking free and adequate.

Bad soundproofing. Our room was on the ground floor and the people above us made noise, stomped and ran around their room day and night. Everything was heard in our room, to be honest, we have never seen such poor soundproofing. We turned to the receptionist for help. Breakfast is very poor, no variety, toasters don't work properly. The bread and bagels look old and inedible.

Breakfast great! Lots of variety, hot items well prepared. Dining area clean, food area also clean. Parking ample, rooms clean & quiet.

There was no ice machine on our floor (third floor). I looked for one on the second floor and discovered the entire section floor was under construction (dusty, no carpeting, workmen in rooms). I did find a working ice machine on that floor, which was fine. However, there should be a warning that the second floor was under construction, and where alternative ice could be found. It was extremely hot and humid in the room and the air conditioning took about an hour to get to a comfortable temperature. It would have been nice for the AC to be turned on before our arrival.

the room is not carpeted, which I like because it’s cleaner compared to a carpeted one. servers in the cafeteria are friendly.

water in the shower is super soft. I always want to stay in hotels because of their showers but this one is so bad, our shower in our house is better. there was a lot of construction happening when we were there. like when you go outside the room, you’ll see construction workers outside your room, inside the building. it feels unsafe too. you cannot bring food in the room. my husband is not feeling well that time, but I can’t bring him food, so he has to go out.

Conveniently close to all my destinations

There were an abundant amount flies in our restroom. We would kill them and more would appear. Not sure how they were getting inside. There were no unusual aromas in our room nor did we leave any food or anything that would attract them to our room

The property was clean and felt safe at night. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful. Julio the guy that checked us in was so accommodating and understanding on what my family needed to be comfortable in our stay. Thank you!!

The downfall of the property was there is no pool or a terrace area to sit at and enjoy the beautiful weather.

The room was clean, breakfast was good didn't like that you had to eat in the dining room ihave small children and covid is still around!

The pictures are misleading the building is older and outdated. Only 1 ice maker on the 2nd floor small parking garage. Carpets in the hallway need to be updated. Location is ok.
