The spaciousness of the room (I booked a double queen room), the bath room (lots of lighting and spacious) the bidet toilet was a pleasant surprise the wood laminate on the floors instead of carpet was a hugh plus, the desk with chair for working and an additional chair with a ottoman for lounging, the huge flat screen tv mounted on the wall, the ability to control the thermostat for the air and heat, the in room fridge and microwave was another bonus, there was plenty of light and the overall modernness of the room was exceptional! I would differently stay at this hotel again when I visit Los Angeles again.

The rooms are new, clean and beds are comfortable, great location, and easy to get to. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice gym and lobby is spacious.

A little too expensive, especially during weekends, rate was increased without telling you. Underground parking was secure and safe but it is $20 a day. No free coffee, you have to pay for it at the lobby.

The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The decor was very nice looking. I love that they offer Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner as part of their amenities. I also appreciated the free parking.

Location and the roominess of the facility. Liked the location of ice machine. The High tech toilet seat was nice. the bed was very comfortable. the pen and paper in room. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower.

At that price point, breakfast would be nice. Complimentary parking as well would be nice. Was very dissappointed the would not honor my Military discount!!! Staff was not familiar with layout of building and gave me wrong directions to the elevator closest to my room.

I’ve stayed at the hotel over five times this year and the staff is not welcoming and lacks personality. a refresher in customer service and bias training would do go for the staff.

I booked this hotel after searching for hours for a nice clean hotel and based on other reviews I chose here, the reviews were pretty spot on! Super clean rooms, we’ve stayed in a lot of places this was by far the best as far as cleanliness. Nice staff and conveniently located. We were able to drive to downtown LA, Glendale and Pasadena super easy and quickly from the hotel. Under hotel parking garage (we paid $7/day) was super nice and very well lit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rooms - comfortable beds and sofa, spacious, and full of amenities. Toilet seat is the fancy ones with washing/heating functions. Staff was great, and location is very good if you're looking for Asian food.

Wifi was really slow, practically unusable if watching videos.

I loved the Bobba shop and the heated toilet.

It was hard to sleep the last night because I did hear a lot of noise coming from up stairs.

location is great if you are a tourist and want to go around LA, safe neighborhood comfortable parking and they upgraded our room to a suite which was perfect

Thanks to its location in an Asian community in Los Angeles (neatrby Monterey Park), the hotel differentates mainly by offering a high level of neighborhood safety at a decent room price. And for LA, that means great value for money.
