I like the convenience of having places to eat close by and to go wine tasting.

There was a mold spot in our bathroom. It was a daily decent size one too. Not too happy about it.

Adult's only Pool & outdoor jacuzzi which closed at 10pm. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was spacious, decorated to theme and nice and cool, no need for aircon. Had Coffee machine and complimentary bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Free parking. Different areas/restaurants/bars/patios to hangout and do things.

The signage at the pool side made if feel like a children's leisure centre. If you have a room on the ground floor, you may have a view of the vineyards but will be thru the carpark. The patio outdoor furniture was tired. Cost of the wine at the restaurant Olive & Hay was expensive seeing that we were in wine country.

The facility and the staff were just great. Everything was very clean and elegant, I really enjoyed it. The room was pretty large and the restroom was equipped with everything needed. I very much appreciated the welcome gift both for humans (a bottle of wine) and dogs (some treats, a bowl and a bed).

The room I booked was explicitly mentioned to be including breakfast, however this only translates into a $50 voucher that barely covers a single breakfast for two. This is not mentioned anywhere, which is the main reason why this has been disappointing. Also, my room was facing the vineyard, which was an absolutely amazing landscape, but there is a pool just below where people are very noisy throughout the whole day (lots of yelling and unnecessarily loud laughing).

stayed here for a weekend event. Love the Tuscany villa to the properties( there other property is across the parking lot). The Resorts are tucked away from the busy wine country traffic and people—very serene. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My veranda was over one of the quiet courtyards. Great bar lounge with a small bowling alley and great bar food!

my room didn’t have a USB port, just the old school plugs. The big guy at guest check-in was was unfriendly but efficient. Note to self: get a room closer to the elevators—long walk to my room.

The spa was great. Giovanni did a great job. Olive and hay was very nice. Great service and good prices. Great view from balcony. Room was clean. We had a great time. Fully relaxed when we returned home.

The elevator near us was broken so we had to utilize the stairs. My elderly dog and bad knees didn’t like that. The cost of room service food was crazy and they said the didn’t have mustard. The dog refuse was full and when told they never changed it. Wish where dogs were allowed to go was more clearly marked. No complimentary dog bed or bowls in room like it said there would be. Not sure they read the email sent to inform them we were bringing dogs with us.

Room was lovely, very comfortable. Check in staff fantastic. Pool area was great.

Pool was very busy, no seats left - could be better oversight of people who left their chairs for hours before coming back from lunch. Really strange bar in lobby area with server who seemed offended I had referred to the menu as being bar bites - we had wanted something more substantial but no restaurants were open on the resort so he advised us to go back to our room and order room service?!

resort has a bottle of wine complimentary, which is from its own vineyard, not bad. a lot of parking area

The rooms were lovely, the pool was fun but the jacuzzi was broken and a little dirty. The staff were excellent, polite, helpful and attentive.

There were no towels by the pool, we had to keep asking the staff to bring towels. Everyone at the pool had to. There are also not a lot of food options. There's one place for breakfast and it was fine but nothing special. The food is always a little disappointing here and I've been here three times now.

Wonderful stay, staff went about and beyond to decorate our room for my bf's birthday. The room was clean and comfy. We stayed at the Bordeaux building on the first floor, so we had a parking view but also a vineyard view! It was secluded and beautiful. The staff were very friendly! It was the perfect stay for us and would a 100% come back.

The resort had everything me and my wife wanted within walking distance. The pool area had plenty of sunloungers with great view into the vineyards. The tasting room was across the street with a large selection of wine choices at a great price. The staff was really helpful when our TV didn't turn on one of the nights during our stay, which they resolved in a few minutes. The breakfast delivered to your room was a great touch as well.

The jacuzzis were always occupied so we couldn't get in. As far as the spa, I tried making reservations for a couples massage in which I never had a chance to reach the front office to make one, even though I left a few voicemails. We had to go out of the resort for our massage.
