the building was visible from far away because it has over 8 floors. the jacuzzi and pool area are clean and to our surprise the heated pool was lovely. close to the light rail and bus system with stops steps away from the building. the rooms were decent and the breakfast situation confusing to order but delicious. overall it was an amazing stay

the breakfast hour ends at 930am opposed to the usual 10am. the shower could cause wet floors in the bathroom. highly recommended for a nice stay because staff compensated for what the hotel charm did not

The accessible room was very clean and compact. TV and lighting were great. The front desk lady who checked me in was terrific. Very helpful and friendly. I had a drink at the bar and the bartender/server was also wonderful. Made me a delicious bloody mary and we talked about her life here and in Mexico.

While I asked for an accessible room, I was surprised to see a bathtub and not a walk-in shower. While I am NOT in a wheelchair, I do walk with a cane due to a leg fracture. Sometimes lifting my leg over a tub is difficult. But I was able to to this thanks to bars on the but walls. Also I was surprised not to have any closet or hanging area for my clothes. Desk said that handicapped rooms don't come with closets or hanging racks???

I loved the location of the hotel, we were able to spot it from the freeway. The parking situation was convenient and easy to navigate. The room was easy to get into with our room key. The bed was comfortable, the service was wonderful, everyone was very kind. We loved the view from our room, we got to see the city of San Diego and all it's glory.

We did not like the cooling situation in the rooms, it was hot, uncomfortable and musky. The floors were very dirty, so even if walking in socks, they picked up heavy dust and grime. The locks on the doors didn't feel too safe.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Located close to many good spots to eat or shop. Every drive was a short distance to get to something fun or delicious. Free breakfast included with our stay and the hotel Cafe was clean and open till about 9 or 10pm.

The restroom/shower in the room was very small. AC in the room worked but since it was humid outside the room was really muggy. I brought a small oscillating fan on the trip which helped significantly and recommend. I did notice a lot of other guests had placed box fans in their windows. I didn't feel it was necessary to do in my room with my oscillating fan and AC combo.

We initially came here for what was to be a short stay maybe a 2 weeks. My home sold in a day, leaving us to scramble to find a new home. Which took about 3 Whole months! And the fact that I was/am sick which also contributed to a cluster. But the People there, Ms. Dora, front desk....Omgoodness!! She is a jewel. Above and beyond her center of duties. I can't say enough about her. Or the others. They made our stay home away from home. And for that I am truly thankful. This I had planned to get out as soon as our last day. Instead at the end of every stay. But truth is, our stay was the same from the day we arrive till the day we left. And believe it or not, lol. The home we were about to purchase...went up in smoke due to work being finished the week we were to sign the paper work. But no worries as I tell my son's. Things happen for a reason. So the lord can bless us with his home. And this place and people helped to make a stressful time, during the holiday and Birthday a nice home.

I can say that there is nothing I'd have to complain about.

For the most part this room was pretty clean and the view was one of the things I liked the most. The bed was comfortable and restroom water pressure was good. They also have dove shampoo and conditioner which has an amazing cucumber smell.

I didn't like that they charged 100 dollars for 2 extra hours we stayed even though we let them know we would be staying late. Bed was a bit too noisy tooo:/

Honestly after seeing some not so great reviews I decided I would still take a chance and I’m so glad I did! This was a great location and rooms were decent, beds comfortable, ac was ok- not great. Breakfast was as expected. I would stay here again and again, especially for the price! I felt safe, rooms were not loud at all and I am very noise sensitive. We stayed on 6th floor with a bay view. Parking garage was safe and secure.

If I had to pick one thing I would say the AC- but I’m an AC snob and like it at 68- it only got down to 73. Still comfortable.

The staff are friendly, courteous and professional, from the front desk , the repairman/handyman who changed the flickering light when we checked in , they were efficient. The lady receptionist at the breakfast area was nice and friendly, the food was good and hot, the guy who gave us the to-go food was efficient. The room have good airconditioning and clean, bed was comfortable.

Big signs to instruct people where to enter in the hotel or give instructions even after paying thru online. It’s confusing where to get in .

Close to freeways. Rooms were clean minus the lord being a little dirty. I was hesitant after reading some bad reviews but I’m glad I gave it a shot because the reviews were way worse than reality. I would stay here again due to the price being reasonable.

Can hear cars all through the night. maybe bring a sound machine.

We stayed in room 218. The amount of Marijuana smoke emitting from room 214 constantly and permeating my room was difficult to take. The occasional Marijuana cloud that hits you when you stepped off the elevator was also a little annoying. Hotel should have an occasional security roaming to ensure the comfort of all guests and to make sure all rules are followed.
