I enjoyed how clean the rooms were and how the room had extra blankets in the room. Each bed had four pillow which was important to me because I have stayed at other hotels and they didn't even have enough pillows.

During our stay, there were a lot of visitors with small dogs, and a couple of visitors took their dogs, who were pets and not service dogs to breakfast and had them in the dining area. On our floor we could hear a small dog that just kept breaking non-stop, it wasn't the hotel's fault. But travelers beware the hotel does allow dogs. Also online it said that there was an indoor pool which is NOT true. There is NO POOL is has not been built yet, they are working on the permits for the pool. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we selected this hotel, so we were sad when we arrived to no pool.

Hotel had been open for just 3 days when I visited. It was beautiful and clean. Loved having a free hot breakfast before hitting the road.

Since I visited just a few days after they opened, there were a few bumps. Check in took 20 minutes because the young man didn’t know what he was doing. I’m sure that will get better with time.

Welcoming staff; coffee and tea available in lobby all day, as well as in rooms. Room was very spacious and comfortable, as was the ensuite, with good toiletries and shower. Wardrobe, iron and ironing board in room. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice including hot items; breakfast area very clean and pleasant. Excellent free WiFi. Recommended hotel.

Nothing at the hotel itself. However Needles, apart from the museum, has no interesting features.

It was clean staff was nice and it had a pizza place right out the door. Room was nice and clean beds comfortable

The price was suppose to be $150 with taxes and was charger $220. Also window right by rode so you hear the truckers all night long and someone’s kid was running up and down hall.

Good location and free parking. Good size room with comfy bed. Clean. Good shower. The best complimentary breakfast we've had in over 30 hotel stays.

The lighting when we arrived hadn't been switched to the new timezone so the car park and outdoor seating area was pitch black when we arrived which was a little unnerving when staying in a new place.

This is only a one year old motel that is so much better than any other accommodations I've stayed in Needles. The others were all older and no where near as nice. The staff at the Hampton Inn are outstanding. Made me feel appreciated. The breakfast was great.

Everything within the Hampton Inn was great. The traffic noise from I-40 and a frontage road was a bit loud. That's the only thing that I wish was different. I would still stay here again.

The breakfast was very good. Room and building were very clean; and the hotel was safe.

Make sure the internet stays up; they were having problems the night we stayed and I needed to do a bit of work, but couldn't use my laptop. I just responded via my phone which wasn't an issue, but would have preferred my to use my laptop.

Location was good. Signage off the highway was excellent . Breakfast was as expected.

Hotel property is right on the road; not set back like most hotels so if you are on that side, which we were, it was very noisy especially in the morning with the trucks going by. AC was also noisy.

Location was great for us. It let us check in at 1am in the morning. Did not hear noise from hallway or other rooms. Beds were pretty comfy. Late night staff were exceedingly kind and helpful. Darkening shades were helpful for sleeping in a little bit in the morning.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner- hair in the shower and soap on the wall. Loud A/C with only freezing cold or hot options- no in between. Sounded really loud whenever it was running.

Comfortable accommodations and great breakfast

Really, the only thing was they said they would clean room every other day. I was there 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, bed unmade and no fresh towels
