Room was large, nice. Parking lot very well lit when walking back from the casino. The casino staff was super nice and helpful

The restaurant, however was another story. The first time we ate there the food was good. We ate at the buffet over the weekend, it had just opened and the food was cold and not alot to choose from. The last night we were there, the restaurant was very empty. Took forever to receive our food. Our hamburgers were burnt to a crisp and cold. The waitress told us it was her first night and she did the best she could. They closed the restaurant very early and turned others away.

I liked that when we went to stay there that it was basically in the middle of Laughlin. The restaurant is excellent. The facilities are small, but you can travel to other places if you want to check out other casinos. And a good point on being right next to the new pioneer is across the street. They have a karaoke bar on the weekends that stay open and they have a wonderful staff.

I would say it looks a little old and a little rundown. They need to update a few things. The bartenders need to be maybe a little bit nicer and more attentive but overall the staff is wonderful.

Several times I have reserved there and the ice machine regularly does not work and the last time I was there, They charged us 50 dollars to be on the river. We paid the fee because we were already installed. the girl arrived on her jet ski very arrogant but we did not want to have a bad time. that's why we only pay the money. when in my past stays they had never charged me

I like motel style with parking in front of your room or near your room and prefer a small Casino’s to the large ones. The spa and was hot and open till 10.  was able to check in early.  beds very comfortable remodeled rooms tile floors so you don’t have to walk on dirty carpet. 

no safe in the room. A couple from the second floor, yelling and screaming in their car.  female pounding on front of car. Thought she was going to get run over called security twice and never saw them come down there. 

Everything was well accommodated to myself and the staff took care of me quite well! 😇 zip zip when asking question and nicely no pounding on door to check on us for check out. I really appreciate ya all!! 🥰

1 small problem with the upstairs tenant. Jumping up and down on the second floor...turning shower heavy for long periods of time made it hard to sleep. But once day broke it stopped and I slept like a horse🤣 Thanks everyone!! I will be around as I have for more then 20 years...

Absolutely love a good nights sleep and when I close my eyes at the Pioneer I'm guaranteed just that. I'd also like to tell the world that the morning breakfast in the Bumble Berry Flats are delicious. Staff working there are exceptional. And for the record YES I'll be staying again.

Well it was first time outta the 4 I've spent that I didn't have coffee available. I'll have to look into whether it's not there anymore or paying extra to make it a possibility. Not much I can say bad or negative about my stay.

the playerclub worker the old lady on Friday evening she was so Rude because she had to do ,5 new player club family members were celebrating my grandsons birthday we think she don't like her job😕 cause there was a lot of us andy family wanted to walk away but I told them no you guys are playing you need to get a card!! but then another worker came with dark brown and younger she was very nice she said the order lady is always Rude😕 this was on Saturday may 19 2033 about 8 or 9 pm

Over the weekend, security was lack at keeping up with the rules at the pool. Two families with boom boxes blasting Mexican music. You could hardly talk to anyone in the pool. Also, they did nothing about a family with a cooler of beer in GLASS bottles that were sitting in the pool drinking. When it was mentioned to them about the rule regarding glass at the pool, they got nasty with other people, so we all left.

The staff was friendly and fast when needed anything. And love the fact they are pet friendly

They put us on the third floor with a dog. We paid the pet deposit which is expected but the third floor with an old dog and at the very end I had to walk him all the way to the middle for the elevator. I thought that was kind of dumb and inconvenient. He held it but I'm sure it was hard on him
