We liked that it was near everything! The inn has a cozy feel and the area was great it was near a gas station so it was convenient to buy some basic needs. The breakfast was also better than most inns we’ve been on. Staff was accommodating and nice.

We stayed on the first floor and there was constant stomps we’ll hear at morning and night. The AC that we had also made weird ratting noises. There was some stains at the bottom of the bed. I think the price was a little bit on the expensive side compared to the surrounding inns/hotels around the area.

This hotel had a great location with a coastal vacay feel. I enjoyed a room with a pool view and two queen beds. One bed was better than the other but both decent enough to sleep on. The pool was surrounded by beautiful palm trees, deck chairs and the hot tub was hot :) Breakfast was a plus the coffee was good and the kids enjoyed waffles while I chose scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes and sausage patties.

During my stay I checked out the fitness area for a morning work out. I was very displeased. The one of the treadmills kept pausing I'm the middle of my jog i almost tripped. The other treadmills functions to slow down didn't work but the speed up did. So i had to use the emergency button to stop. Then i went over to the pull down machine and the leg extension machine. The cords were withered and would not retract back. It looks like they were ready to pop. Totally liability there.

I’d give this hotel a 5 star rating due to the staff!! We had the pleasure of meeting Isai at the front desk! He was helpful and had amazing customer service. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!! Highly recommend this hotel. It is also close to the beach (.8 miles). Oceanside has such nice beaches! The room itself was clean. The bathroom is updated. The only negative I have are the walls haven’t been repainted well and it does devalue the look. Pool was clean.

The location was fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. I did like that the room came with a balcony. I just wish they had chairs on the balcony so we could enjoy it more.

The price is too high for the type of room they offer. The size was good but it's essentially a motel with the doors open to the outside.

We loved staying at the hotel it was right next to the interstate which suited us fine as we were over from Scotland visiting friends

Our week was totally spoiled by two families who were so noisy first night till 3am finally we phoned front desk who must have spoke to them and it stopped a couple of nights later same again

The room size was very good compared to other BW properties we stayed at. The place looks like it was recently remodeled and it was quite clean. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. I would certainly stay at this place in the future.

With the hotel being close to the highway and facing the pool area, the sliding glass door could have better sound insulation to block the outside noises. The price was much higher than expected but that may be because it is in the Carlsbad area. Also maybe due to the last minute booking.

Loved how friendly the staff were, beautifully clean and conveniently located.

The beds were too stiff for my preference and I misread the description when i saw “double beds” thinking it meant two queen beds instead of two double (full size) beds. We were a bit squished but that’s my error. Also the noise between rooms/floors was a bit louder than I was hoping for.

The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. Even the cleaning ladies were friendly and would greet me with a smile and "Good Morning".

You could have added an additional item or two for the breakfast, especially muffins; those little muffins are a joke.

Great variety of breakfast food. Our room was great and the bed was comfortable. There were no issues at all. We will definitely stay again for our many next vacations to the area.

Actually everything was really nice. There were no issues. We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again for sure.

The staff was very nice. I love the fact that BW offered a full breakfast buffet not just a continental breafast. The food was good. Also, this is the only hotel I ever stayed in that gave herbal (soap with Argan oil as an example) bath products. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the showers. Keep up the good work BW.

We couldn't get the room cool enough by adjusting the AC. But overall, it still was a nice stay.
