Location (safe & beautiful neighborhood for walking), pool, kitchen, bed, staff, indoor basketball 🏀 court, shampoo, etc., underground parking (especially good in 116 degree weather).

AC In basketball court and gym wasn't keeping those areas cool enough for long workout sessions. While it was too warm to exert much energy, it's also understandable given the temp. outside was 116.

Proximity to town; well-maintained grounds and public spaces. The kitchen in our unit was well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful.

The property has only recently reopened following a major renovation. They weren’t quite ready, in my opinion, to reopen. The bar was lacking supplies and there is no restaurant, though guests may order food at the bar. The bathroom was lacking towel bars or hooks by the shower, so there was nowhere to hang a towel for when you step out of the shower.

Love the location! Kind of away from everything tucked away by the mountains. Close to Indian Canyons trails. The staff is really friendly! The facility is clean. We had a really nice big room with a balcony with a nice view. My kids loved the waterslide! The pool is very nice and big. The pool area had a bar/ snack area that was very nice and the people working the area were super nice. The lifeguard did a great job and was very sweet! This was a wonderful place to stay and I look forward to going back.

The things I didn't like, that yes, carpet, and furniture are very old and in need of replacing as other guests have stated. Check in time should be much earlier because the waterslide closes at 5:00pm and check in is at 4:00pm. You're not really getting the use of that resort fee if the kids can only do the waterslide for an hour. Yes, you can still use the pool until 10:00 but most of us with kids are really planning on being able to take out kids on the waterslide and give them the most of their experience. Have 2 different shifts for the lifeguards and keep the waterslide open later.

Facility was well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Very responsive to our needs. Excellent and large pool and spa which was well staffed for our comfort. Concessions stand at pool for food and drinks. Great communication via text to meet whatever we needed. Rooms were well stocked. Close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return to this facility.

The pool and bar are excellent. Prices are bad at the bar either for alcohol or food. The 2 room suite size is great.

Cell services is horrible. Even when on the Wi-Fi you can’t make calls. Also - having to sit out the pool for 30 minutes is lame. The pool is open for an hour without lifeguards in the AM so having to sit out 30 minutes during the hottest part of the day due to a lifeguard break is irritating. Shower heads suck.

Quiet!!! Staff were wonderful. Bed comfortable, room fully functional. I’m only sad that I didn’t get there until later and didn’t really have the energy to pull out together to do the pool. Next time I come through, I’ll definitely stay an extra night!

Parking- my minivan couldn’t go underground parking, so I had to carry ann my stuff down the ramp. It also meant my car was frying even in the morning.

Fun hotel stuck in the 80s with a huge heated pool. Overall comfortable and quiet. Clean and well attended.

The main issue is breakfast being served very late (like 9am if I remember well) and the pool bar/snack closing very early (around 7pm). And the hotel is not close to the main restaurants in Palm Springs, so this is not an ideal stop for a roadtrip, but otherwise pretty good for the price. The 80s vibes is getting a bit old but that’s just my opinion.

Location. It is down the street from downtown Palm Springs which is perfect. We also loved hearing all of the children enjoying the pool and slide. The pool area is quite fascinating!

The interior is a bit dated. Bathroom wasn’t as updated as we’re accustomed to.

I loved our room and the pool and water slide 🛝 it was very relaxing the only bad thing is that I had bad cell service cause it's close to the mountains so my calls dropped some times but other than that it was great and I will definitely go back and stay again.
