comfy, quiet rooms, good breakfast. We liked the little pool and the jacuzzi. liked the parking area with trees. We used it, because it was close to Chico.

We really did not like to use of all the paper and plastic for breakfast. Why is it not possible to use real dishes and silverware and use a water efficient dishwasher. All over in Europe, hotels are able to do that.

Very quiet through the whole night. It was nice not to be woken up by people talking or doors slamming. Thank you!!

While eating the breakfast, one of the maids had her husband and son come there to eat breakfast. Not very professional looking. Note: elevator permits are out of date. I did make the counter person aware of it.

Room was nice and clean

Pool wasn't heated and in the shade after 4pm Nothing much to do after the wildfires destroyed the whole area. Hard to find dinner, but we went to supermarket and had dinner at the pool (was awesome)

The property was beautiful, clean and staff friendly!!

We were assigned a handicap room and the shower head broke so we weren’t able to shower in the morning. That was truly unfortunate for my husband and I. Otherwise, the room was comfy and clean. We were attending a graduation at Chico State University on Sunday May 22, 2022.

The continental breakfast buffet was very good.

The woman who checked us in (No name tag, Blonde) was not very customer oriented. Did the bare minimum, did not like answering questions (Hours for breakfast). She did not advise us that you have to request cleaning. The two other women who were at the desk other days could not be more friendly and helpful. The facility itself was very clean, quiet and pretty good.

I booked in April for a king room for a stay in October. Put me in a room with 2 queens. Said the management changed my room the day before because of a roof leak. I checked in at 2:30. I’m sure all kings were not taken already. I booked early to get what I wanted. Feel like they gave my room to someone else. Maybe a Best Western member. I booked through Booking .com. Not happy about the change.

Breakfast was ok. I understood that with covid restrictions it had to be limited. I would have preferred scrambled eggs and sausage.

The first price I got was lower than what I was charged. The spa wasn't working, so I had some disappointment besides the price being too steep. I would have gotten a better price directly from the property.

it had all the amenities we were looking for and the staff was very helpful and friendly. we liked our extended room with the larger queen beds too.

wish the hot tub had been working but the pool was very pleasant.

They were extremely accommodating and made sure I had the best stay. I stayed here for my graduation in Chico and I am so happy that we stayed a little bit of a distance away. They allowed us to sign up for late hot tub time. They were willing to make us some food if we needed when we got in so late, Taco Bell was still open though. Breakfast was good for the family, but more gluten-free dairy free options would be nice for myself (Medical reasons).

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like to be honest.

The room was clean and exactly what we expected. The staff was super friendly at check in.

The pool and hot tub was empty. Was really looking forward to a got tub moment in the rain. Small disappointment. But overall great hotel.
