The staff was exceptionally friendly and seemed to want their customers stay to be everything they expected. The manager was quick to help resolve any issues we may have been having. It was a very stay.

When will received the receipt for our stay, the total amount due was not what we had confirmed prior to our arrival. The amount due was more. So we spoke with the staff member at the checkin office and he contacted the manager who was able to resolve the problem. The room rate per night shouldn’t be different from what was confirmed months earlier.

The hotel is very new and nice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room very comfortable and the bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept on. Breakfast was great. There was a good variety and the lemon waffles were delicious.

We got a hearing room since my wife is hearing impaired..It wasn't what we had in mind. Loud alarm doorbell sound was awful.

Location and soft beds

Breakfast was less than I expected. Bathroom in my room did not look as clean as it could have been. Hair in the shower was missed from previous cleaning. Looked like the wipe down of the base of the toilet was done with a dirty rag as hair and debris were on the base. Most people would not notice, but I use to work at a hotel and I see it and it’s not ideal.

The girl in the breakfast area on the morning we checked out (Saturday AM) was exceptional-very sweet and bent over backwards to help me get oatmeal for my wife which did not appear readily available. She was maintaining the serving and dining area very clean.

The eggs at breakfast were well cooked but they were flavorless. Tasted like imitation eggs. Suggestion: try adding a little milk or cream when scrambling and it'll add some flavor at little expense

Staff was friendly and nice. It was in a great location right as you enter town. The breakfast was nice. Each day they put something different out to eat.

On the first day we were there both room cards did not work when we tried to get into our room. They explained that we might have had them next to our cell phones which deactivate them.

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast that they offered was satisfying.

The sheets on the bed were way too small and barely fit. The water pressure in the shower is pretty weak. Also, when you have the breakfast set-up and ready to go, and people are waiting outside just before 6AM, it would be nice to open it a bit earlier. The previous week they accommodated our work crew, and it really made for a better day.

Breakfast up to standard as expected, did grab a to go snack and Bagel was moldy.

Room 322 was on east side and could hear a lot of noise from road traffic. front desk clerk did recommend rooms at west backside of building as a lot quieter and suggested that i cn specify room when making reservations.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good at breakfast.

Pool was closed and could only use 1day of 2 day stay. A/C wasn’t working in room so we had to move to another room, but that defeated the purpose of having a joining room with our daughter & her family.

very clean and new. Great breakfast. Comfortable room with a modern feel. Great location right off the highway.

parking with my trailer was a bit limited. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter and check me in, I think the single staff person was trying to help another guest. But he did not acknowledge my long wait, which felt a little frustrating. This is probably a one-off experience that will not affect other guests.

it was a new hotel so everything was very clean and modern. rooms were comfortable. breakfast that was included is such a great touch and worth it!

I didn’t like that there seemed to be no security staff at night overlooking the property. especially with limited parking and being right next to a gas station I was concerned about my car.
