The staff was very friendly and accommodating of our requests. Upon check in you receive a ticket for a complimentary drink at the bar. In turn we ended up spending some extra time (and money) in the bar and the bartender was so sweet even though she was really busy. The appetizers available were really good. The complimentary breakfast was great! Not just the cereal/muffin bar you get at most places. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We got in late and parking was a bit crazy, but it was a very busy weekend.

Helpful, courteous and friendly, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Lovely design and landscaping, this hotel has a lot of charm. A cantina with free drinks and a breakfast bar that gives you a full free breakfast, which changes daily. There's a pool, spa and work out room as well. Quiet but not secluded, easy access to and from pismo and surrounding areas. Bedroom was super clean and bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend Oxford Suites.

We had a handicapped room. The only thing I didn't like was in the shower, the soap and body wash was on the opposite side of where the shower head was and it made it difficult for my husband to shower. I would recommend you bring your own soap if you are handicapped.

Staff is super friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were nice; well designed, comfortable, and clean. The property is well kept and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the complementary touches that were above and beyond such a drink coupons for the bar, breakfast which was exceptionally good and much more elaborate than would be expected for a hotel to provide for free, and a shuttle service into town as well as back.

One of the hot tubs was broken, which I get happens. There just happened to be a lot of children so a second hot tub maybe for adults would have been nice.

The room was very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the the free drink at the bar in the evening while our kids enjoyed the free soup they offered. My kids also loved the heated pool. The breakfast was very good, had options for every diet the dining room was large with plenty of tables and seating. The hotel itself is very pretty for just your run of the mill hotels. We will definitely stay here again.

I didn't love that the sink for the bathroom wasn't actually in the bathroom, it's separate in the room with the beds.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family of six, including four daughters. The location was superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and the beach. The complimentary shuttle service to the beach and back was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which not only saved us money but also ensured that everyone in the family had a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the cherry on top was the complimentary drink offered to each adult every night, adding a touch of relaxation and indulgence to our evenings. Overall, we were impressed by the hotel's amenities, especially considering the value they added to our family vacation. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

Loved the design, the excellent caring staff, but the place is huge encircling a large pool. Great for families and long vacations. Great for one night or two, passing through -and you want security for your expensive SUV with things in it. This white colored, kind of like Portugal design, wonderful to park and run to beach and sites and restaurants --this kind of affordable, but perfect hotel, clean, perfect beds, baths, and floors, fits the average vacationer's needs. Or passing through. We were passing through. THE PRICE IS RIGHT. The security is RIGHT. The spacious sitting room separate from bedroom, 2 TV's is right. Guests who aren't planning to hang out at their hotel --this one is THE ONLY ONE TO STAY IN. It's near the beach and especially family oriented price range and cleanliness for the kids.

The staff at Oxford Suites were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The complementary breakfast had a good selection of hot & cold options to set you up nicely for the day. The pool area was spacious, the pool is heated, towels are provided and the jacuzzi is fab. Reasonably priced laundry facilities were also very useful. The hotel is situated a bit outside of Pismo Beach, but taxis are always available and although we didn’t use it, the staff informed us that, depending on staffing levels, a shuttle bus to Pismo Beach may be available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return at some stage in the future.

Family friendly. Great breakfast. Close to town, centrally located. Clean and comfortable. The rooms were always full ( good sign). The management/ front desk was always on top of things by way of texting. I felt that we always would have their help if needed. They were quick to respond. I think their communication component sets them apart from other locations.

Really, nothing comes to mind. Continue to do what you are doing because I can't even think of an improvement that is just as important.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We loved the breakfast and the staff was friendly, it felt like a safe environment. We will definitely book here again! We loved the look and feel of the property very clean and well maintained.

The showers were not the greatest, the water wouldn’t get super hot, and there’s no where to place anything inside or outside of the shower. Heating was messed up but they got someone in there to fix it as soon as we told them, but we did have to do the first night without heat.

The staff was friendly, and the grounds cheery and clean. The complimentary breakfast and drinks surpassed expectations and the breakfast room staff so kind! The pool was kept clean and warm. This is a great place to stay with family and furbabies. It's also right off the freeway and the features of the area super easy to access.

The rooms could have been a little cleaner, but I'm being super picky here. It was all satisfactory.
