It was in a great location near the train station (walking distance), close to Pismo Beach and a lot of restaurants to try. The best part was the owners/managers, they were so accommodating, pleasant and nice…they made sure we were happy with our stay. I asked for the second level because I’m a light sleeper and they gave us exactly that. The room was large and spacious. Comfortable bed and a good place to lay our head and very affordable compared to all the other hotels close by.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction and street work going around the property, so not the normal situation I’m sure. The place needs a facelift and updating, but if you’re looking for an affordable and a good place to lay your head to explore the area, this would be your place.

quiet area & very clean room

I have stayed at multiple locations on the Central Coast, all the way to the most posh. Well, I stopped doing that and for nearly a decade I have only stayed at Seaview Inn. I know when I am alone or I bring my friends or family we will be safe, it’s always clean, and close to everything I love to do. Mostly, the owners hold a special place in my heart, they are kind, generous, and so very accommodating. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Nice clean comfortable safe place to spend the night. Not luxury but definitely comfortable. Bring your own toiletries if you are picky:) close to the beach, I stay here every time I’m in GB or Pismo!:) love You guys!!!

I wouldn’t even try to improve this place. It’s a great value, you’d need to spend a lot more to get more than this:)

Perfect location, exactly what we needed. Close to the grover beach entrance. We like this hotel because its close enough for my husband to get in line early for a day pass or overnight camping in oceano and then he comes back to sleep a little more. We expected them to be sold out for memorial weekend and sure enough they did but we got our pass in time. Hotel is simple, if your looking for just a nights rest and shower. This hotel is it.

The man in the front was very sweet, (owner?) He called and checked in on us and our timing since we planned to arrive later in the evening. Room was clean and spacious. Very close to the beach too! Comfy bed/pillows 😊 parking lot is a little limited, but there's alot of parking around the street!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. Good location, next to the beach and gas/food. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. The door key was great as it was a scan instead of inserting, so the door was easy to open. I also appreciated a call to make sure what time we were coming. Liked the orange/peach color of the building- made it easy to find.

Soda machine didn't work, but that is the job of the vendor to check it.

Even though, when I checked in it was past check-in time, they still accommodated me very friendly couple that run that place.

Door locks weren’t that good so in the bathtub need to be replaced and as well as the carpet

Staff was very nice, very easy check in and out. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Very clean when came in noticed the clean Bleach smell right away. Would definitely stay again.

Just some dust on the head of the bed. Nothing to bad.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean and nice room. Room is cleaned every day without extra charge.
