The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. We had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean and relaxing.

On the Booking.com website it showed 3 different prices for a room with 2 queens. I chose the highest priced room, thinking I would get a nicer room, maybe with a sliding door to the pool or something like that. When I got to the hotel, I was given the same room that I could've gotten had I chosen the cheapest room. We were on the bottom floor. I had to walk up and down the stairs to get to the ground floor. That was disappointing. If I had known, I would've booked the cheapest room with 2 queen beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice friendly, helpful staff. The room was quite large, and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was also very good. Location was good for us but maybe too far out of Placerville for others. Mexican restaurant next door was extremely handy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Free car parking was a great bonus.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly. Breakfast was OK.. the coffee machine decided to break a couple times. The yogurt machine was a sad display, unfortunately. Other than that, it was comfortable, and the location was directly off the freeway making it very convenient. Didn’t get a chance to test the pool out, but it looked nice. 3 1/2 stars out of five. I recommend.

The room was clean and spacious but with a lot of highway noise. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. A bit odd that office and breakfast area had an exterior entrance separate from the rooms.

One day our room was missed for cleaning and towels even tho we had the sign on the door asking that the room be made up.

There is a team member there named Anthony who is exceptionally good to all of the guests. He went beyond the call of duty to assist guests numerous times from my observations during my stay.

Too much noise in the hallway outside my door during sleep hours.

The staff were super friendly. The minute I walked in to the hotel the reservationist was super friendly and accommodating. I told her we were there with our two granddaughters enjoying and learning about the gold country. Our oldest granddaughter played John Sutter in a school play. The Reservationist made sever comments about family and spending time together. She was super sweet and friendly.

I liked the location which was close to Red Hawk Casino.

Every thing was good until the checkout time. The receptionist, Ema, seemed was forced to come to work and she was very unpleasant. I recommend facility have meetings to teach the employees how the customer service can be improved.

Bed was saggy in the middle, toilet had floating "leftover" particles in it. I wanted to eat breakfast Sunday morning, but discovered it started at 7am instead of 6am. I had to check out at 6:15am. My room was right across the vending machines, and people were buying sodas at 4am, when the sodas were dispensed, it made loud clunking sounds.

The breakfast was great, we were very unhappy that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 when many families were turned away. I believe that during a holiday week an extension of breakfast hours.

Clean and quiet

We were told we could book the fireplace king room but when we got there it was changed to no fireplace because only certain rooms are avail When you have a small dog . I told them we had a dog ahead of time but the clerk said you guys and the main number don’t know which rooms are dog friendly 😡😔
