Enjoyed the breakfast. The rooms were spacious. Beds were comfy. If you needed to cook items.were there for simple.meals. Staff was nice. Pool was still closed. I get it waiting on a part. Are rooms discounted due to that?
Pricey considering the couch in our room was heavily torn. Check in and waited 30 mins while the checked what rooms were clean?! Is staff not reporting that already? How do you not know ? We checked in after 3 pm and even pre checked in the day prior. Why was it not already taken care of.

Convenient location. Easy and comfortable room.
Breakfast staff were rude and closed early. No food was available 20 minutes before closing. Asked for more food and was told she was closing. Apparently did not like her job.

I don't know the names and I'm sorry for that. The two men that night were incredibly nice and patient with my son. Absolutely fantastic staff. I wish I knew their names. They were so good I feel like writing a letter to them.
The city is awful. But the hotel is fantastic. Nothing I didn't like about my stay.

We come to Folsom to care for our aunt. Place was clean and nice. Close to everything.
Sad pool closed and no breakfast but it was fine.

The staff was helpful and nice. My suite was clean and smelled good. I was happy I chose this hotel to stay at and next time I'm in the area will do so again.

Omg 😍 We Love this property. My family likes to travel and give reviews on our vacation shops😆. & this is one of the best properties we stayed at in a while.
The only issue is the television would not turn all the way down it would get stuck on 40. & I like to watch tv late at night and would’ve loved if the tv could turn down just a bit more. Another dislike is while cooking bacon on low the smoke detector went off and would stop beeping for the longest time. Other than that everything else is perfect.

They have a pool advertised so my kids were super excited and we got there and was told they haven't had a pool in a long! That is the only reason we booked there
