Well, I really liked the hotel room, I chose the third floor instead of the second floor because of the elevator. I also liked the bed because I can get comfortable. When I walked inside my hotel room (#343), I noticed there was a couch which I really liked so I can sit down and watch tv. Laundromat service stood out to me because I can wash my clothes there while staying. Forgot to mention I also liked the swimming pool. I also liked how clean the hotel was when I arrived as well.

Honestly, not much, the things I didn't like were no paper towels at the sink near the door. I wish there was paper towels near the sink because I noticed that there was tissues but no paper towels.

Staff was very accomidating, we had to change our reservation several times, and they didn't blink an eye. Location is very convenient, restauraunts and shopping close by, right off the freeway. Very large location with several buildings. Parking is a little tight by the end of the night, but as long as you're willing to walk, you can find a space.

I'd call the facilities "well used" everything worked, and was clean, but this obviously isn't a new hotel. Breakfast was acceptable, but not the greatest. Rooms facing the pool can be a bit loud during the day with kids playing, but the A/C noise will drown them out.

I loved the room, and the pool area the most. I also really enjoyed the drinks and appetizers in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. My son and I were on a week long roadtrip and we stayed at a different place just about every night. This was one of my favorites.

The only complaint I have really is from my 12 year old son. After our long drive, activities that day and the heat, my son was looking forward to some relaxing down time in the hotel room to play his online games on his iPad, and was very frustrated with the WiFi. He said it was very slow and he kept getting kicked off.

This was such a jewel and surprise checking in. We had to take the elevator. We walked past the pool and it’s first time I’ve ever seen quite a few people in the pool all having a fun time.! we checked in with our little Yorky we got a goodie bag with treats and a toy. Her room was beautiful great view of the pool and quite large everything in the room was appointed beautifully. We were not in need of anything. The happy hour was fabulous and a drink you wanted, and even hors d’oeuvres or served. Later on that night, my husband went down to get an ice cream from their little store and asked how much they were, There was no charge. The breakfast was great and they had plenty of help and very clean. This property has everything that all the other properties have cut out to save money. What a wonderful treat to stay there.

Nothing we loved everything

I like Oxford Suites setup of the rooms and general comfort. The best thing is the outdoor patio area, which is organized so that people with pets can both have breakfast with them (by bringing the plate outside) and enjoy their time with family members while they are in the swimming pool (we stayed outside with the dog while others were in the swimming pool area). The swimming pool is lovely and partly protected from the sun.

Our room was a bit noisy, both the air conditioning and the outside noises, e.g., stairs, doors. The hotel is lovely and feels safe yet taking the dog out for walks is tough if you are not used to homeless people - I feel saddened by their situation. Travelers from abroad (I am from Europe) will feel this in most parts of the West Coast.

Clean, spacious, modern updated rooms and bathroom. Liked the art work and color combination in the lobby and rooms, lighting, mirror , hardwood style floor , clean bathroom tile design, bed headboard , sofa was comfy , liked everything! Service staff provided service with smile. Nice kept swimming pool with bonus jacuzzi. Breakfast and coffee were very nice included during the stay. Nice fridge and microwave in the room. Worth it! Room also has nice separation door.

Entrance door had flags added great value to the entry, more landscaping around the door will make it more stand out. Breakfast was very nice wish had one more vegetarian item and waffle maker. Swimming shower wish was next to the pool within fenced area. Most staff carried smile that added nice memorable difference on our stay. More hooks to hang clothes will help.

My family throughly enjoyed our stay! The room was super clean. The pool and spa are both heated and open till 10pm which was a major plus. The all you can eat breakfast bar was scrumptious. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, Pancakes, yogurts, cold and hot cereal varieties, assorted pastries and breads for toasting, varieties of fruit juice, coffee, teas, and milk which my kids gave 2 thumbs up! The room had a mini fridge and a microwave which was a plus. We will definitely be staying again.

The breakfast staff was very stand offish. Cold and extremely uninviting. Not a smile was found on our 2 night stay unfortunately.

Lots of perks and hospitality that’s hard to find this day and age. Great happy hour and breakfast and the snacks and drinks you can purchase are reasonably priced. Pool is great and they even have a little gym. Only a dry sauna would make this place better. Everything is always excellent when we stay here.

Cleaning products stink, but I’m grateful things are clean!

They offer a buffet breakfast and they also had appetizers and drinks in the evening. Everything was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Parking was convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were lots of outlets available to charge all the devices. I arrived a little early and they did let me check in a little bit before the official check in time and which was awesome.

In the center part of the room, where the bed is, the lighting is pretty dim. It did not bother me, but my parents struggled to see even with all the room lights on and shades open. Only in the area around the bed. Everywhere else the lighting was just fine.

I loved the hospitality of the front desk clerks especially because my flight was delayed and I didn't get in until 4am! The front desk let me in and took care of me right away. She gave me a breakfast ticket and left a note for the kitchen staff to set aside me a plate because they knew I was probably going to miss the breakfast time by me getting in so late. That was really nice!

My son and I had an early flight in Sacramento, so we were trying to sleep however the people above us was extremely loud. I didn't call front desk to complain because I understood that I was sleeping way early and maybe they just got in and was trying to get settled.
