I really enjoyed my stay—comfortable, apartment-style accommodations truly made it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated having a separate living space and the ability to cook meals with the built-in stove. Daily breakfast was a plus, though I would have liked more non-pork meat options. While the room was mostly clean, a more detailed wipe-down of floors and counters would’ve helped. The construction was manageable overall, though paint fumes and drilling were noticeable toward the end. Despite that, I’d gladly stay here again. Ask ChatGPT

The hospitality from staff was noticeably lacking. Outside of check-in and check-out, most staff did not acknowledge guests with a greeting, smile, or even eye contact. Several times I greeted staff and was either ignored or met with a disengaged response. The general manager did offer a warm hello each time we interacted, but both times it was quickly followed by a comment about having a tough or frustrating day. While I don’t want to take away from anyone’s humanity, consistently sharing that with a guest—even in brief interactions—starts to feel heavy and uncomfortable, especially in a hospitality setting where guests are hoping to feel at ease during their stay. Hotel is pet-friendly, staff was fantastic (let me use their personal fan during our stay) and was accommodating to our need for extra pillow cases. Check-out is later than most hotels (12pm) which let us enjoy our check-out day instead of being stressed about the time. Hot breakfast buffet included is definitely a plus.

TV guide does not work but it wasn't important enough for us to mention it to staff. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust vent so you need to leave the door open to air out the bathroom which is inconvenient and has potential to stink up the whole room. There is something that looks like a vent but it doesn't function. I stayed in another room in the past with the same issue.

We love the location, free parking, close to restaurants, the cleanliness and comfort of the room with mini kitchen. Love that it included breakfast even though we had to miss it due to it starting at 7am on the weekends. Wished they kept the time at 6am daily.

The sofa couch was super dated! My children hated the bed, woke up a few times, bed made noises for every movement. It was super thin, dented in the middles and it’s totally lost its shape. It’s needs to be replaced. We had our volleyball team there and all 7 rooms had the same issue with sofa bed. Also didn’t like weekend breakfast began 1 hour later

I had stayed here when it was newer in 2019 and decided to return. Very clean. Feels safe. Great complimentary breakfast. Airport shuttle was convenient. Like the free parking.

The king bed in my room was very worn. No mattress support so sleeping was difficult. I’m a senior so some grab bars in the bathroom would have been helpful. Shower was worn looking and no in-tub bathmat so I didn’t use. The signs to my room 343 were very confusing and I felt like I had to walk a long ways just to get back to the lobby.

Location is good in regards to the airport and suitable restaurants nearby. Hotel seems newer. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Minimal noise from adjacent highway and air traffic. We didn't use the available airport shuttle.

The controls for the ceiling fan in the room could use some posted instruction. They took some time to figure out. I didn't need the attached light for the ceiling fan, but it didn't seem to work. Have never seen fan controls like the ones in the room and they didn't seem to have immediate response to changes in the control setting. But once the ceiling fan was going, it was quiet and worked well. The thermostat control seemed a bit tempermental as well, but the air temp in the room seemed to be comfortable.

The room was large and very clean. The air conditioner was great and we loved the kitchen and living room area in the room. The bed was comfortable and everything looked brand new.

The shower sliding glass door wouldn't stay closed. It was like there was an incline with the shower door and it kept sliding open during the shower. We had to stop it with a rag. The kitchen supplies were lacking, not a lot of utensils or dishes.

Very large and newly renovated suite. Ample lighting was a nice surprise given that older hotels that do a remodel usually skimp out on improving electrical. Breakfast was delicious and still very well stocked even close to the end of the time offered. One of the better breakfast offerings I’ve had in the US.

Breakfast location was in the middle of the lobby which was a little different but wasn’t as noticeable since it was kind of sectioned off.

The breakfast was perfect for us before leaving on a long flight. The bacon was great. There was a large selection of fruit and breads along with eggs and bacon and hash browns. The attendants were excellent and the coffee was very good. The location and setting of this hotel were very peaceful and attractive and we could walk to dinner establishments.

Nothing that we did not like. The hallways were very long to get to the room but it was like going for a short walk for exercise.

Hospitality staff were friendly, smiled and completed for requests quickly. Of course, they learned we tipped well. I also liked the breakfast.

However, except for Brent, the night registration clerk, the remaining registration personnel were cordial at best and could learn lessons from him. Coffee should be kept going 24/7. If you tell me it was, I'm going to tell you it wasn't.

The location was great. The included breakfast was really good. There was a great variety of food choices for breakfast. I only did not like that the breakfast ended so early on the weekdays. I loved that the parking was free.

The place is dated. It could use some modernizations and upgrades. Definitely weathered, but still clean. The parking was free, but not enough spaces close to entries.
