The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet with ample parking. The room was fully equipped with iron and ironing board . Coffee and hot water are available in the entry lounge.

There was no fan in the bathroom, nor were there a safe, a writing pad, or guide to the TV or enviirons. The free breakfast was basic (coffee, juice, yogurt, bread and bagels, oranges for fruit, and hot oatmeal. Any hot items were available cooked to order for $12.95. I had difficulty logging on to wifi (more secure.connection wasva fee of $4.95) with vpn on my laptop. All together, small items that surprised me for a brand name chain.

The breakfast staff and night time employees were very welcoming. I liked that they had a heated pool (i didn’t use it but appreciated having it there if I decided to take a dip). The hotel looks cozy and modern.

The shower head was full of water damage (extremely obvious), the sofa had dirty spots & crumbs, and the room didn’t smell very clean). I understand the difficulties the hotel industry is experiencing but would expect better for the price of a king sized room/hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful; a good first impression is important, so I appreciated their warm welcome greatly. The room was clean & lovely, & the bed comfortable.

Noise. Hallway conversations were very loud & consistent, and the shower next door actually drowned out my television. Also, I saw no warning online that the restaurant was closed, which is disappointing if you were relying on it for your meals.

This place is one of the best stays I have had. My husband and I came for one night for my birthday! We went to the bar downstairs in the lobby for a night cap and the bar tender was so nice and was very accommodating. The chef was the best part of our stay their, his name is Aaron, we wanted desert and the desert on their menu had JUST ran out of it. He felt bad and made my husband and I a special order of cinnamon sugar doughnuts and vanilla ice cream all for free! We talked for a while about life and shared a drink together. He was very nice and very funny! I highly recommend him adding those doughnuts to his menu! 😍 Thank you Aaron!

Our stay was good. We loved the pool, how clean everything was, the AC was strong and the snack selection downstairs was great.

There’s not actually a free shuttle anymore so we were out $50 extra calling a ride. Tip: a Lyft was much cheaper from the airport than Uber was. We probably would have stayed closer to our destination had we known. Breakfast: They were deceiving about pricing. there isn’t any continental breakfast which is fine and I assumed clear on the sign but the person working the breakfast actively lied to us and said everything on one side of the breakfast area was free and the other half you order and pay for. After we had gotten our free breakfast, he brought us a $30 bill. Not cool.

great customer service, great location

Did not care to be served cardboard takeout containers and plastic utensils in the restaurant. All other restaurants are serving on regular plates and utensils. I understand safety about covid-19 but a dishwasher will remove bacteria from plates. It is a respiratory infection, so cardboard containers are made for takeout, not dine in.

It was clean , the bed was comfortable

The breakfast was waaaaay over priced!!! i mean 14.00 for two pancakes? Are they made of gold? if I wanted bacon and eggs and a pancake it would’ve cost me $40 that is absolutely ridiculous. Our Room was next to a door and it was very loud people in and out slamming the door and talking all night didn’t get much sleep.

Location to the airport and staff was friendly.

The website says airport shuttle is available. However, no shuttle exists right now. It cost us $50 to Uber to the airport. A discount of some sort should have been offered.

The room was amazing very clean. The front desk staff was super accommodating . I asked for a late check out and was easily given it. Would definitely stay here again!

cleanliness, and room accommodation deserve a A+. workout Faciliates, lobby, shop were utilized and we appreciated the options.

a little concerned about security, as another car had their window broken, and there was a couple of homeless people camping in back corner of property.
