The location was safe and quiet. No noise surround the area even though there is an event hall. We were able to check in quickly and efficiently and the staff were helpful. We appreciated that there was enough parking for everyone. Room was clean and had a modern look.

I recommend removing the vending machine from the path of the sun. Those items will be messed up from direct sunlight. The shower handle needs a sign that it needs to be pulled, I thought it was not working. Just not intuitive on how we can use it.

This property was meticulously cleaned. Everything from the walls around the park… The grass and the pool… The interior of the motel room. The rooms clearly were refurbished recently. The initial check-in was a little unorthodox because each resident may be required to show ID. After I signed those security papers, everything went perfect. Actually it’s good to know that they keep tabs on the people staying there to keep it safe and comfortable for the other residents. I don’t think they will let any funny business go on here.

Perhaps a little small but for the price I could not have asked for more. There was no coffee pot. The bed was a little bit firm for us, but we always carry a pad when we go to motels so we slept very very well.

Room was clean and comfortable. Wi-fi worked although it took a while to work on my laptop. The clerk was really nice when I got there because he switched me from a smoking room to a non-smoking room.

I wish I had known that some rooms permit smoking. I am not sure if it said that in the fine print. Also, they are very strict on the check-out time so be warned. I was not charged anything extra so that is good.

Large room, good pillows if you like them thick (I do), lots of outlets, nice little fridge, nice soaps and shampoos in stylish refillable containers (sustainable!) microwave and hairdryer too. AC worked well. Had to turn the heat on at night and it was a bit noisy but once asleep I didn't hear it.

Towels were kind of small and thin, no coffee machine in room, no iron, no ironing board (I really could have used them too) and it was too late to ask for one from the front... Bed was OK, needed one more blanket in the room or a thicker bed spread.

Honestly, for the price I was paying, my expectations were not high. Boy was I fooled. Yes, this was a basic room, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, and the TV had abundant channels to choose from. The bathroom was large with new marble counters and new faucets. The shower was a good size; the tile on the shower floor looked dirty but I think it was stained. The towels were plentiful and of decent quality. You could hear traffic noise, but with the air conditioning on it did not bother my sleep. I felt safe there as a single female traveler. They did offer Other breakfast, but I had to check out before it was available.

Other than the shower floor appearance, I was satisfied with everything.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful warm welcoming by the office staff after my long haul flight had been delayed and redirected to LA from Honolulu. The aircon was wonderful especially during the heatwave, just loved it. The outdoor areas are kept clean and maintained very well also the pool. The staff both office and house were absolutely lovely, friendly & helpful throughout my time at the lodging. We just love this place - my husband and I will be back for sure soon! I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to break up my road trip, and this fit the bill nicely. It was exactly as advertised - adequate, no frills hotel with clean rooms for a very reasonable price. The pool was appreciated, since it was extremely hot the day I was there. There was also a small continental breakfast near the front desk which included coffee/tea, cereal, and pastries - this was a pleasant surprise because I don't think it was advertised on Booking.com. The hotel was less than 5 minute drive from a shopping center with gas stations and restaurants. Location is ideal if you're driving the 99. It's slightly less convenient if you're taking I-5 like I was, but really not far out of your way regardless.

No coffee pot in the room. Room was OK for me as a solo traveler but would have definitely seemed cramped if there were more guests. No real complaints, though! Perfectly good hotel with a good price.

It was very clean & comfortable & QUIET.! Very easy to maneuver my walker…not even one step, & enough space to use it in the Room, which was on the ground floor & I was able to park right in front of my door. Staff was very pleasant & seemed to genuinely care about my mobility issues. Coffee, juice, muffins etc for breakfast served in the office in the morning—which most other motels are not doing, & certainly not motels at this low price. Although it was far too hot for me in Sacramento to want to sit outside, there is a lovely well-taken-care-of courtyard with lots of plants & a swimming pool. Also, i was booked in a smoking room, thankfully, & in other smoking rooms—which are rare—I feel treated like a 2nd-rate citizen…an unimportant client. Not so at the oasis inn.! The nicest, most comfortable & most reasonably priced place I’ve stayed in a long time! I will most definitely stay there from now on when I need to be in Sacramento… it says it’s in Elk Grove but actually it’s right on the edge of Sacramento & Elk Grove, so very convenient location. I highly recommend the Oasis Inn.

The key card didn’t work when I returned to my room…every time. Wouldn’t have been as big a deal were I not disabled & in a lot of pain.

I liked the fact that it was 80 total for the night when I booked that same day. Good price for what it was.

It is quite close to the freeway and was noisy until later in the evening and the hot and cold water were reversed on the shower knob. Took a minute to figure out how to take a hot shower. Also, I would have liked a tub to soak in with some Epsom salt but it only had a shower

The location was great. Easy access. The grounds were clean and beautiful as was the room. Staff was pleasant. Morning coffee was very good.

The room was too warm. Seems to be heat under the floor. The air conditioner worked great, but at night it was too noisy so we turned it off. Then the room got hot again. All good otherwise.
