The location is a bit sketch but once you enter your room and lock the door, it's a mighty fine motel room. It's clean and spacious and everything you could possibly want for a fraction of the price of the fancy places. I always have a relaxing stay there and I get rooms quite often. They know me by name!

I honestly think everything was to my liking! The room was uber clean and easily tailored to get the temperature just right and the ac was quiet and i slept like 8-10 hours a night during my two night stay it was so badly needed I do appreciate you Motel 6!

I liked the fast check-in. I like how check out is 11am. Plenty of parking. Lights worked. AC worked. Ice machine on site. There was mini fridge in the room. The deluxe King size bed was comfortable. There were outlets on both sides of the bed.

I didn't really like the neighborhood. Lots of homelessness around. People yelling outside. But I knew that beforehand. I still enjoyed my stay.

P one problem is that I can't book my room again for the third night I'm wondering what's the problem here with the 18th and 19th tell me what's going on

The room was a little dirty but other than that I can maintain with the price then and I'm on a business trip and I can't book it again what is the problem let me know

I loved it everything was good .i loved all the activity .thats my reason for visiting this motel 7 because i have one close to home but this one i love alot.

I didnt like the lady ghat help me when she asked for my id i have one is expired i know that but aslong its from california and my face is on it i dont know why she would tell me she was only goin to let me stay this one time when i been to many of them with my expire id wven to big name brand motels i hate her .

The room was clean and staff is friendly. I would recommend this motel. The area is not the best but the staff keeps the motel as safe as possible.

There's nothing I didn't like. Probably I would say the area just a little ran down but that's not the motels fault it's the city of San Bernardino's fault.

The room was nice.

The water took about 20 to 30 minutes to get hot to take a shower. A lot of rowdy people meaning people arguing throughout the complex. Would I stay there again if In the area yes

I enjoy staying here because of the staff & the owners of the place are super nice & attentive. Also the rooms are always clean & love that it’s pet friendly. :)

Staff are so nice and patient. This hotel is the best. If you feel like someone is bothering you. You can also call them to the front office ask if they have a room if they don’t they will be escorted off the property. The hotel is very clean. You don’t get bothered.

Need to include breakfast and extra blankets and more comfortable pillows and check time was too long to wait for

Location is such that there were a bunch of undesirables roaming outside. They were dispatched quickly. I believe being located next to Greyhound bus terminal was the main problem for the wandering people.

No dog bags! Sign says to pick up after dog but no poop bags.
