The rental is clean, the staff flexible and accommodating and it was easy for me to go from the rental to the convention center for the conference.
The tub was not draining properly.

Nice and clean, comfortable, about 20 min walking to Gaslamp Quarter
Parking needed some searching, a table for breakfast and a shelf would have been nice.

No breakfast. Location ok. WiFi good, tv options good. Bed comfortable.
No table in room, lighting unpleasant, parking awkward at certain times. Cleaners next door very noisy from 7.40am weekdays and 8am weekends. Fan in bathroom inoperable.

Location
was very expensive and bad It was raining and water started coming under the floor everywhere. my luggage got wet and was dangerous and slippery. Administrator came to see the apartment and commented this happened before so I said they shouldn’t rent the property until is fixed! they tried to fix it wit a rug on top but after some time got soaked too! beside this the space is too basic, no even a little table to put things on I found food wrappings and a lot of dust under the sofa. it was a very expensive bad experience and I would like to get a partial refund!
