Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The service was good, and everyone was friendly.

It was a little loud at night, as there's a night club on the roof. Also, the bathroom door has frosted glass, meaning if someone was using the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room lit up. I also wish the parking was attached to the hotel, but it's San Francisco. So, the arrangment they made is fine. It should just be advertised to customers before arrival. I drone to SF, and had to figure it out when I got there, doing circles around the block in downtown SF.

The location is fantastic for going to Oracle Park for a Giants game and located close to a Muni stop for local transit and then connect to BART train to go to a game in Oakland. Our King room on a high floor with a city view had an AMAZING view of downtown. It was a corner room with windows on two sides both of them with amazing views. The staff was absolutely wonderful and willing to go above and beyond to help with even the smallest issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and if I ever return to San Francisco I will be staying here again.

Nothing comes to mind.

The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. I thought the breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location was excellent: close to Caltrain, muni, the Giants stadium, and even my company’s SoMa office building. Also, I popped over to the Taco Bell Cantina across the street a few times during my stay.

Many guests seemed to find the elevators confusing to operate. The lobby bathrooms were frequently closed—not able to handle the Giants game traffic or breakfast rush. The coffee at breakfast tended to run out quickly and it didn’t seem to be the best quality.

The staff here was absolutely fantastic. So friendly, accommodating, always thoughtful and really helped make a very stressful weekend less so. I had many boxes arrive to the facility and they helped me gather them, load them into the car, helped make a reservation for the parking garage. I know this staff in particular works very hard and looks to have many responsibilities, however they always greeted me and those with me with so much genuine kindness. Thank you so much - My team and I are so appreciative! Also, we all really enjoyed the fresh and great variety of breakfast options. The common areas were beautiful and so clean. My experience at this hotel was amazing. I would love to be back one day when in San Francisco.

Possibly more outlets near the computer area.

Breakfast was cooked and delicious--well worth it. The location was in close proximity to UCSF Weill Institute where we had an appointment and 1 block from Oracle Park! As Giants fans, this is the new go to hotel for games.

Not a lot of places to grab a bite in the near vicinity to walk to. And we had a horrible Uber driver, Shaojun, who couldn't speak English and dropped us off 3 miles past our requested restaurant in the middle of the Embarcadero and took off. It should have been a 5 minute car ride which turned out to be almost 20 minutes. Had to walk over a mile back towards our hotel, find a place to eat, then request another Uber to get back. That driver, Wahib, was awesome.

Very clean. Friendly staff . Lots of breakfast choice .comfortable stay . Away from main centre but easy to get to main attractions on walk in - saw other parts of the area that we would not have probably visited if our hotel wasn’t there .

We had four sharing a family room but only three sets of towels and three pillows . Asked for additional which they provided straight away but then we had to ask again for additional sheeting to make a second bed for two to share and again another towel when they already knew there would be four sharing .

Good location. Taco bell literally across the street and Safeway grocery store just down the street (easy walk even for me). SF giants stadium 1 block away. Restaurant with boba tea 1 block away. Lucky strike bowling across the street, (saw sign did not go). Very friendly staff. Good breakfast included! Room was quiet other than traffic but enjoyed being able to see city view out the window. We had a view of the Salesforce tower which was fun to watch. Good size room and bathroom for SF. Air conditioning YAY! Perfect for quick overnight stay! Photo is view from room.

Many hairs out of place.....in the bathroom. Eww.... Sticky stuff on couch/pullout bed. No onsite parking but easy parking garage across the street. (Of course you have to pay for parking its SF) FYI...No activities for younger children, but I don't have younger children so it was fine for us. HORRIBLE water pressure in shower, husband was in the shower for 40+ mins due to bad water pressure trying to rinse off. He recommended that I should not take a shower because I would never be able to rinse my hair properly with the water pressure. (I have long hair)

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating to request.

We were really disappointed with the bartender in the lounge area by the front desk. She was very unfriendly and really seems like she just did not want to be there. In addition the staff that cleared the breakfast area on the first morning we were there we're not very pleasant but the second day there was a really nice gentleman breaking down the breakfast area. I think for future it should be an accommodation to keep the coffee out longer as they broke that down before even breaking down the breakfast area and it seems that the coffee should be available for a longer period of time that would have been really nice.

Facility was centrally located to Oracle Park and near Mission Bay and Chase Center; T Muni stop a few blocks away made for easy connection to downtown and other Muni-accessible locations. Caltrain is also close and makes connection to the peninsula quite easy. Check-in was efficient and easy. Room was clean and relatively spacious.

Occasional noise from the hallway, but this generally subsided early in the night. Coffee maker in room was clean and brewed weak and bland coffee. Would appreciate password protected wifi.

Liked the complimentary breakfast. Food and variety was great. Saved my family some money.

The hotel parking is very expensive, $75 overnight. Thankfully, staff recommended parking across the street, Beacon. That was much appreciated.
