The location is pretty good. Close to the airport (and they provide a free shuttle) and the Karina light rail station, which is on both the blue and green lines. Not much close to the place except a small gas station with accompanying convenience store and a Denny's, so you won't starve. You can also get food delivered or have some snacks in the lobby. Free tea, coffee and water most of the day, until it runs out in the evening and is not refilled. The rooms are comfortable and there is a laundry room on the 7th floor. Bring quarters.

Wish they would refill the water, tea etc. when it runs out and provided a microwave in the room. There was also an incident upon checkout with a girl at the front desk who seemed either stoned or too sleepy. She dragged my suitcase in from the front door and tried to open it. I asked her gently what she was doing. She seemed very, very out of it. Please check on your employees' welfare and let them sit during the day!

The property was very nice and check in was easy

When booking it states that the fee for incidents is $50 (but it’s $50 per night) which was fine, it should just state that and not say $50. Also house keeping needs to check under the sofas and behind mattresses when cleaning because I found something really 🥴 behind our mattress when looking for my husbands lost wallet! The other thing that we absolutely hated was the fact that housekeeping literally knocks while letting themselves into your room! They don’t wait to hear you say “who is it” “come in” or nothing! What’s the point in knocking if you’re already coming in! I told the front desk it’s a good thing we were not unexposed or getting out off thee shower because that wasn’t ok AT ALL

Great location to get downtown easily and have access to the freeway. The rooms were spacious and the wi-fi reliable, the workspaces on the lobby level worked well.

We were on the side of the hotel that the pool was located at up on the 7th floor and the pool noise was load well after the 10pm time it was supposed to close. The breakfast waitstaff came across as not wanting to be there and that meant that plates were not cleared/provided and the actual breakfast supplies (sausages/coffee/plates/cutlery) not replenished. It was a busy weekend. You had to pay for parking too - didn't read that when booking, so just a heads up.

It was quite convenient to catch the free shuttle from the airport. All it took was a quick phone call to the front desk when our plane arrived and the van showed up within minutes of our call. All the staff were unusually friendly and helpful which was a quite a pleasant experience. Our room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable. This hotel is located close to the airport and the 101 freeway but it did not disturb our sleep. Easy to walk to Dennys if you arrive later in the evening and need a late night meal. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located right off the freeway in San Jose. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.. The bathroom is a nice size ,very comfortable., The Best thing was they had a shuttle to the airport which was wonderful !!!and I could leave my car there overnight and paid a minimal fee! That was the main reason I picked this hotel I was very close to the airport

I only stayed overnight. I flew out of San Jose airport, so there wasn’t very much not to like it was a very nice hotel.

That was most I like the breakfast was good and coffee service all day. most hotel do not have this day. I do love this hotel. This hotel was my favourite the Helton. I am Helton member , not after stay in Hyatt. so, I love Hyatt from now on.

I did have little problem on desk. I was not happy that I was lock out five hour do lock communication between Booking.com and Hyatt desk. I still don't know who is responsible for that mess I was in. it is cheaper but sometimes going third party. it can be problem.

I think the property was really nice and I overall felt safe with the work location, buildings nearby, which provided a nice little walk around the area.

It’s nothing against the property, but there is an RV that’s outside and that couple inside of it have two really big Rottweilers, which I can’t tell if they have their dog on a leash all the time, but as somebody who walks around with a pet or just individually it can be pretty intimidating.

The staff were very informative and nice. The breakfast was wonderful for 6am in the morning for a family of five traveling to Kauai for 9 days. The shuttle was on time 6:30am (we made reservations the night before), left the SUV at the hotel for a very reasonable price and we were on our way. 9 days latter we called the hotel at the baggage area and they told us to meet the shuttle at #10 and there they were, 10 minutes later. Thank you Hyatt Place for making everything easier for a very tired family of five.

Staff, the room size (was HUGE!) and location

The breakfast in the mornings... Some of the pancakes were stale, and having to use plastics... I understand when its all plastics but with a plastic fork and a metal knife and regular plates... Its seems a tad odd.

- limited menu at bar restaurant, especially since there are no other dining options close by (the food we had was very good, though) - short-staffed at bar restaurant - no bartender, so only beer and wine served - and the one staff member serving was on a break so the bar closed for half an hour right after we ordered our dinner, leaving the guy working the reception desk to try to cover the bar as well - lack of communication regarding shuttle service - we requested shuttle service when we booked, but were not told we needed to phone on arrival. We waited at the airport and the hotel shuttle even drove right past us before we figured it out. Not a great start to our stay, and it could be easily avoided.
