Reception - professional, efficient, and also warm and welcoming. Staff - our room had run out of shampoo (is is locked into the wall). We asked for it to be replenished and they could not move fast enough to make it right. Rooms - clean, tidy, comfortable. Perfect. Parking - part of the room cost, so no haggling and issues.

location is in an area that the parking lot in the rear of the building (which allows direct access to the rooms) is next to run down apartments that look like the steps are packed with garbage. It could even be a condemned building. The neighborhood is similarly run down. Bathroom needs to have a fan to vent.

Breakfast good. Omelettes are better than scrambled eggs. Sausage and waffles excellent choices. Bread for toasting is too big for toaster, and requires insertion two times to toast entire piece of bread. I used the laundry room to wash clothes. This was very convenience (right beside our room!), and was a significant improvement over having to go to a commercial laundromat.

Breakfast room crowded, sometimes hard to find a place to sit.

Pool was lovely, gym was a great bonus. Rooms were big and spacious, nice beds, facilities to make tea/coffee and put things in the fridge. Big TV, spacious bed, blackout curtains. Free parking. Breakfast was great (selection of cereals, waffles, fruits, yoghurts, breads, eggs, hot foods.)

Nothing, would happily stay again.

The stay is overall excellent. Every day, breakfast is provided, including omelet, sausage, fruit, and milk. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. They did good in covid protocol and provided Lysol wipes outside the elevator. The front desk staff Cindy is very friendly and helpful.

They did not provide room service and you have to empty the trash bin by yourself and put it at your front door. The sound insulation is not that good and you can hear sounds from other rooms. During my stay, I extend my stay and let the front desk staff know. However, their internal communication is not that effective. At check-out time, security knocked on my door.

It would be much better if Sliding door of bathroom is changed to swing door( swing outside of the bathroom) More breakfast tables or rearrange breakfast tables to fit more customers. Would be better if cooked oatmeal in kitchen instead of instant oatmeal mixed with hot water.

Hot tub wasn't the cleanest, would be nice if there were decent wine options to purchase in the little store since there is not a bar. could have better toiletry offers

A very nice place. A good value. Comfortable room and bed.

Very noisy on the floor with a party going on until 4am. There were no staff members that came to quiet them. No staff answered phone calls to the front desk. no body at the front desk.

Check in and check out was very quick and easy, beds were comfortable and staff could not be friendlier ! The place was well kept and clean, and my family and I felt safe and happy. The breakfast served from 7 to 10 AM and is simplified in to-go boxes because of COVID but they give you options between a bagel, Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwich (my personal favorite), cereal, instant oatmeal, and muffins. The breakfast also comes with a banana and a drink of your choice, they had water, apple and orange juice, tea and coffee. The rooms include a microwave and a fridge, as well as a little pantry/storage rack for extra food, so you can definitely get some groceries and drinks. The pool and jacuzzi are open but you have to reserve your turn at the front desk. You only get 45 minutes. There are convenience stores, restaurants and more near the property. You're only less than 15 minutes away from downtown and the beach too. Overall, this place is a great option. A very cozy and friendly place that will make you feel right at home !

Just a few inconveniences, a constant humming noise persisted all night from the AC unit even after it's turned off. I personally am a heavy sleeper so it didn't bother me much but my mother had a bit of trouble sleeping because of it. The light in the bathroom turned on and off on it's own through out the day and night. Lastly, we had forgotten to bring our toothpaste on our part but in the restroom it said that they had toothpaste and other amenities available. Come to find out the had no toothpaste left during our trip. This was an easy fix however, there is a gas station and convenience store nearby so we got our toothpaste.

Breakfast was really good. the location was great because we golfed very close by during our stay.

The air conditioning unit was sort of loud.
