This is a great hotel to stay if you are visiting Santa Barbara. The hotel is located quite close to the beaches and other attractions. The hotel also offers free parking. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. They also have a microwave and a fridge. Other than that, the room also have a coffee machine and free coffee. The hotel also has an onsite laundry that the guest can use. It also has a restaurant that is open until 8:30pm. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great hotel and I can recommend it to anyone.

The stay was great! Very clean, friendly staff. The roof top was a plus! Enjoyed the live music. Service was great! Abraham did an awesome job of taking care of our group. Parking was great made it easy to park our RV. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for making our stay enjoyable.

The bad smell in one of our room but could of been the next door room had plumbing issues the foul order was passing along to our room.

All staff very kind and helpful, especially Jaro, Antasia, all breakfast crew, and housekeeping all were superb and a pleasure to see... I was welcomed back and my service dog and I were treated with respect during tough times of travels and emergent vet visits... we feel at home, great convenience to SBAirport etc... rooms are spacious and very comfortable ... love rooftop bistro and fabulous menu and bar!!! Look fwd to more stays here!

first visit web and phone broken, hard to get from back to front entrances to pack up without new key for late check out ... Tv went out but got prompt help/fixed it myself as Mgr arrived...ty G! Water was shut off short time, almost didn't see notices, had I been staying over would have been unaware, but it was ok...antasia at Front deskanticipated key issue this time so mega gold stars!!! Ty so much. Bummed can't add retro hh points as I've lost many and wish it were simpler to book price matches and get the credit too...any suggestions welcomed...thx!

The bed was very comfy, and you didn’t get to that awkward feeling with the sheets when they’ve been bleached too many times. The blanket was also very very soft. Restaurant was convenient!

Bathroom was small, but still very clean and modern.

the property is comfortable and modern without being pretentious. It is also well-located for visits to UCSB. The rooms are spacious and well appointed with outstanding beds…..the rooftop bar with live music is a can’t miss.

The hotel is conveniently directly across from anything and everything one could possibly need: fast food, restaurants, movie theater, big department stores like Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, even a Costco and Ross and Homegoods! We were very impressed with their online checkin process and digital key feature that allows you to choose your room ahead of time and gives you the key on your phone app, circumventing having to visit the front desk and in-person checkin process entirely. You simply hold your phone near your door and tap and voila, you can get in your room. You can also easily check out with your phone as well and immediately get your itemized bill emailed to you. Super easy and convenient.

Techie features aside, we were less impressed with the fact that simple expectations like a bathroom door that locks or a safe in the room was absent. With four people in the room, the bathroom lock is definitely needed. And no safe meant we could not have our room cleaned as nothing would have been secured. Those two things would normally be a given but was not present in our room at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Location was near the SB airport and close to a strip mall and great restaurant - Jane's at the Marketplace. Rooftop bar had live entertainment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Exceptional was the roof top restaurant/bar. Fun atmosphere with views of mountains on one side and planes coming in for landing at the SB Airport on the other side. Great fish tacos!

That I have to pay for breakfast, taking in consideración that the hotel room was a little pricey

There was nothing I didn't like, but every pillow didn't fit for me if you ask me. The pillow was too soft for me.
