We LOVED this wonderful Vintners Resort and our gorgeous comfy room with a little patio looking onto the vineyards & mountains. So peaceful … and beautiful gardens around the hotel too. The staff were charming & so helpful and the food was really delicious. The music sitting on the outside restaurant patio was so beautiful too and went with the peaceful gardens & sound of fountains nearby. We were there for a wedding nearby & Vintners could not have been more perfect. I do hope there are no big changes now that it has changed hands. It is perfect the way it is .. gracious & tasteful & not too modernized in the interior decor. Thank you Vintners!!😊

I always like the restaurants, especially John Ash and the River vine. I had one of the best renditions of pork tenderloin I have ever eaten for my Friday dinner.

My friend and I ordered take out (pizza) from the Front Room. The servers brought the food but no extra plates. Also, when you try to call the restaurant from your room phone, the line is always busy. We found out that the front desk gets a call and then connects to the restaurant. Also, my friend's room didn't have a refrigerator at first. She ended up changing rooms. I think the current owners are a little short on some standard maintenance.

I think we could have done contact-less check in but we just went to the front desk and it was fairly quick. Room was a good size, bed was very comfortable, the fireplace is a nice ambiance, really doesnt put out much heat but there is heating in the room so its not necessary. Cookies were a nice touch. Nice view from the balcony, although its so small the door hits the table when you open it.

There is a lot of noise from the freeway, although its not really noticeable when the windows are closed. Also its about a 10 minute drive into Santa Rosa or Sebastapol, so you really need a car unless you're just hanging out on the property. So it's nice for the view of the property and the vineyards but not really close to anything.

The ease of access to the River Vine for breakfast was excellent. Just 5 minutes from our room. The breakfast offerings were very good. Dinner at John Ash was superb! The grounds are beautifully manicured and the facilities are well maintained. Above all, it is quiet! Loved being able to walk a short distance to the car without the hassle of valet service. The room was large, quiet, & well appointed.

The bathroom should have 2 sinks rather than one. The lighting over the sink was too dim. It didn’t help that one bulb was out in one of the light fixtures. My wife complained about not being able to apply makeup properly as a result. The front desk person helped us with our luggage when we arrived, but took us to the wrong building, which we didn’t realize until we reached the second floor and double checked the room key.

Gorgeous setting, lovely restaurants. Only stayed 1 night so it was nice to be able to just stay the whole day enjoying the grounds and pool then eating on site. Didn't feel like we had to leave to find anything better. The rooms were lovely, looking out to the vineyard. Bed and sheets were fabulous! Wonderful shower with rain forest shower head. Had it been chilly there was a quaint fireplace in the room, that made the room even cozier. Hope to return.

the bed was not very comfortable. Its great if you like a really soft bed but I’m a medium to firm type of person and so is my wife. However the bedding and pillows were amazing!

well thought out. clean. wonderful breakfast choices. comfortable beds and terrific linens. free parking with free fast chargers for electric cars. location just off highway but felt isolated from noise and rest of the world.

I didn’t make time to enjoy the pool. my bad.

Vintner’s Resort was an exceptional place. I’m so glad we stumbled on it in our way down to SF. The property is beautifully decorated with manicured gardens, surrounded by a vineyard. The walk around the gardens was lovely. The restaurant is really good with very fresh locally sourced produce. We loved take away coffee at reception, which is available all day long. Complimentary drinks in the room were a nice touch.

The grounds are excellent and the service is well-trained. Liked the breakfasts! Rooms were comfy and showers hot! Appreciate the mini-fridge, coffee maker and complimentary wine. Nice fireplace for ambiance and a viewing deck for sipping and sitting.

Access is sub-par. That means shlepping your things to the room all the way from the parking lot 50-100 yards away in multiple trips and up a flight of stairs. The front desk has a cart, so ask for help!

It was beautiful with an amazing backdrop with the acres of vineyards and fountains. It’s lovely to walk around and stroll. The courtyard junior suite was huge with lots of seating and a beautiful view. I loved it. We had a great bathroom that let us get ready and not be in each other’s way. I wish I had time to take a bath and swim. The River Vine breakfast was great and loved the happy hour and restaurant options. Just an amazing place.

I really think having food options on all days of the week would be nice as we had to order door dash on our first day and room service ends at 8pm.
