The location is excellent,all the staff were very friendly.Everything was clean, quiet and kid friendly. The hot tub was perfect the pool was not in operation doing our visit due high winds.They do have a hot breakfast.Now I had bad experience with the cook he gave me and half done burrito the cheese was not melted picture posted.They offered to clean your room daily and sure the cleaning was amazing. Sorry viewers I can't post my videos so you could see the hotel.

Best Western is by far the best hotel in Simi Valley. The rooms are the cleanest the staff is the friendliest and the accommodations are definitely the best! The best bang for your buck!! I booked through booking.com which really helped bring more value to our stay!! What I really like about this hotel is there late checkout policy!! They give you till 12:00 p.m. as a courtesy and will allow you to extend your stay until 3:00pm if you just need a little extra time before traveling on.. Just 10 dollars an hour. Was able to really enjoy my last day of my mini staycation!! Don't forget to stop by and say hello to the exceptional desk clerk with the cool hair!!! He was so helpful with ensuring that my accommodations were top notch!!! Thanks Best Western we will be returning. Simi Valley resident Trisha M

Everything except George the guy in reception who checked us in.

The receptionist who double charged me. I prepaid through booking. He asked for a credit card to hold 40 dollars. The machine didnt show me the amount. He charged me the 40 dollars plus the three nights. 7 days has passed till now without releasing the charged amount. The manager try his best helping me. He gave me an extra night with a special rate

The staff is great, from the front-desk to the team that prepares the morning breakfast. They do their best to keep the facility clean and running smoothly. The location of the facility is also well situated for easy access to Simi Valley as well as the west end of Ventura county.

My only real suggestion is that the facility is getting a bit "tired" and could benefit from some investment in updating the paint, furnishings and fixtures.

Lovely indoor lobby and breakfast room. Speaking of breakfast. They provide a wonderful cooked to order breakfast. Create your own omelette or burritos. Fresh fruit, waffles, pastries ect ect

Except for a very tiny piece of astro turf (they did provide plastic bags) there weren’t options outside that were good for your pup to do their business. Thankfully there was a nice park not far I took my dog to.

The building and the rooms kinda looks and smells old, but it’s a well maintained kind of old. The bed is comfortable, they have a nice small fitness center and we particularly loved their jacuzzi. Housekeeping is nice and efficient, we requested for additional pillow and blanket and it was delivered to our room in less than 5mins.

Some of the staff that helps guests during breakfast lack customer service skills. The lady at the front desk when we were checking out is not as nice as the ones who welcomed us. We checked out a day early and we’re not really expecting to be refunded for the extra day that we already paid, this seemed to upset the front desk lady that we did not make any arguments for a refund, by her defensive demeanor she’s trying to antagonize us and seems to be soliciting for a complaint, which she didn’t get and that upset her more.

Great sized room with excellent shower and the fridge was a great addition. Good range of food for breakfast with options for eggs and omelettes.

Very pretty Southern California Mission Style, blooming flowers and well groomed trees. Pool and outside area very welcoming. Charming and old fashioned in some ways. Very comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning. Nice shower heads. The waitstaff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is comparable to high end hotels……….omelets and breakfast burritos to order and waffles, muffins, fruit………

There is no elevator which only matters if you are on the second floor.

Our room was located by the ice machine which was a little loud, but not unmanageable. Also, there are no elevators for those staying upstairs.

On my first day there, I discovered that a problem with my room's door prevented it from closing & locking. When Javier, the maintenance technician arrived & evaluated the situation, he realized the repair would take some time. Instead of making me wait, he took me down the hall, told me to pick another available room, got fresh keys from the front desk, & had me squared away in a new room...all in less than 20 minutes. Simply outstanding service.

Best Western needs to invest in facility improvements at this place. The infrastructure is showing its age, including in-room items like lamps & other basic amenities. Biggest problem with the room I stayed in was the lack of clothing storage--there were no dressers in the room, and only two relatively small storage drawers. There's ample space in the room to accommodate a simple dresser with enough storage for a 10-14 day stay (I was there for two weeks).
