The grounds are stunning.

Our room was beautiful but a few things had us scratching our heads: The sinks were very slow draining. Only two bath towels. No towel hooks. No microwave and the world’s smallest refrigerator. Lastly, the bathroom door was huge (we had a spa suite), but opened up right in front of the free standing bathtub, which made it tricky and loud at night (door was like a barn style, heavy and loud). We did love the room overall, and we had a great balcony, with a great view.

Rooms clean and pretty

Bed mattress were hard and not comfortable. They seemed like old mattresses. Also a big issue is that the electrical outlets were few and in order to plug in a phone or computer we had to disconnect a lamp or other hotel appliance. In many upgraded hotels the electrical is upgraded. Also in the bathroom when I used the dryer while the bathroom light and hallway light was on the breaker tripped twice. We had to call Maintinance department to fix it. It seemed like the GFI needed to be replaced. When it tripped the hall light would turn off as well as the GFI bathroom plug. Room 206 I believe is what we stayed in.

Loved the location! Lots of green space and gardens. Was quiet, no traffic noise. I felt safe, good security. There are several great restaurants on the premises. Have their own vineyard and wine too! I will return.

The pillows. I didn't find one that was right for me. The toilet was low to the floor , but not really a big deal.

Friendly staff and exquisite grounds with a Mediterranean feel and excellent adjacent restaurants, including a winery. Room was clean with many amenities and bed was super comfortable. Loved the pillows and down comforter. Great location.

No elevator in 2-story villas.

Lovely location and the facilities were excellent but expensive.

The staff were pleasant but not particularly friendly.

Room service breakfast was great. In room Kurig coffee is good but the powered coffee creamer was a miss

Provide 1/2 & 1/2 or coffee mate creamer rather than powder packets.

Great and very relaxing place.

Only complaint would be the noise of guests getting ready to go to Bogies, Club Louie now but that’s about it.

Love the comfort of the beds. Coffee is a nice touch.

Expensive movies on TV. Can’t connect my Netflix account for free. No charging cables or wireless charging pads for cell phones.

Very comfy beds, beautiful grounds, great spa. The young man who helped with the luggage was excellent and very polite.

Was there only for one night, wish I had the chance to go to Stone Haus and explore further.

Clara the front desk lead was amazing!! she was personable and included flowers and other amenities to ensure our 32 year anniversary was special. Our room had a lovely view of the Rose arbor. The resort has beautiful grounds and the fireplace in the room made it cozy and romantic. The beds and linens were super comfy!

It was hard to reach the front desk by phone. we tried several times Via the booking app and called in person no one responded. the location isn’t far from our home so I came in person which is how I met Clara who promptly apologized and made everything better. Although after we checked in we tried contacting the front desk again and it just kept looping us back. The spa Jacuzzi was a little small for two but still very nice.
