It is a fantastic hotel close to the airport. Very nice, clean and spacious. For a lay over you can't get any better and also if you are visiting the town, you can stay here and make an up down trip to city center.

Front desk guys were bit rude to my liking. There was this guy with piereced ear, I forgot his name, that joker would actually stare at you if you ask him a thing or two. They need to hire tidy people and make front desk polite and welcoming and the property will become best.

The room was extra spacious. What we didn't realize until getting into the room that it was a handicapped accessible room. When I booked the room I apparently did not pay close enough attention to the room type. We did not need a handicapped accessible room. In retrospect, it would be helpful if this room type is easily recognizable on the Booking site. I have learned a lesson to lookout for this type of room coming up when searching room availability.

That is was a handicapped accessible room. While the sleeping area is spacious, the spacious size of the bathroom was not comfortable and awkward if not handicapped. Although I could see that it would be great for someone with a wheelchair.

I found the location to be very convenient as we had never been to San Francisco before and it was near to the airport. We thought that the accommodations were a great value for the money we paid and especially considering that ya'll offered free breakfast to boot! Also, the front desk agent was especially helpful in offering to store our luggage before our room was ready as we had gotten there very early and we wanted to go eat.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are bigger than the average size. I like the design.

The staff member at the front desk was very unprofessional. I was told that my reservation had been canceled because my card was denied. I didn't understand how they could charge my card before checking in and why they didn't call me. We found out that they had submitted card which wasn't mine. Nobody apologized me for the cancelation. I have heard that I can take a room with only one bed, leave the hotel or they will call the police. I was shocked.

Many staff were wonderful and went beyond to help. Fitness facilities were clean and functional. The room is quiet and well equipped with a small kitchen and full-sized fridge. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the charming little town of South San Francisco with many restaurants, shops, and small grocery stores.

Breakfast was roughly the same and basic throughout the week. It did not meet the advertisements around the facility. Would suggest more breakfast variety and healthier options (unsweetened yogurt, fresh fruit) and decaf coffee. Our room wasn't set up for two workers, and it took persistence to acquire a second desk chair.

It was our second time in this hotel! We loved it from the first visit. The hotel is so modern! I love their style! Rooms are big and super clean, everything is in great condition! Every room has a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, big sink, dish soap, sponge, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Free breakfast is great! They make super fluffy and yummy waffles, their orange juice is so sweet (not sour), fruits are fresh! I love everything in this hotel!!!

Very large, enormous apartments with the kitchen. The breakfast was fine (yet with quite poor selection). It was clean enough. Free water refill.

Parking costs $20 per night. There was a strange vibrating sound at night which went through the walls and was inevitable.

Everything needed for an extended stay is on the room. Breakfast is served buffet-style by kitchen staff to keep COVID risks at a minimum. Oatmeal, cold cereal, bagels & cream cheese, omelets, cubed potatoes, and waffles are offered, along with coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, or cranberry juice.

Upon arrival, police had responded to an incident and restricted access to pedestrian only about two blocks away. We walked to the hotel carrying our suitcases.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I purposely choose this hotel because I was very happy with my previous stay. Great location, love that breakfast is included, room is very good size, staff is very helpful

Fridge was a little noisy in my room, and the AC kept coming on automatically on its own so maintenance had to come and turn it off. But I consider that a small issue... it did not affect my stay and I will definitely return.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, yummy breakfast. Really felt like I got my money's worth!

Being charged for parking, and the light bulbs were different color temperatures. Some were warm and some were cold, so when they were on together it caused strain on my eyes.
