Everything was sanitized and clean, and very affordable. Great few of the lake, very quiet and serene. 25 min away from Pier 39 and other SF activities. Its so much easier to stay outside of the city and drive in and you get way more space and safety in south SF area. Cheaper parking too $12.95/night I believe

Bed could have been a little softer but overall I had a good nights sleep.(NOT ALL ROOMS THAT SAY WATERFRONT HAVE A BALCONY, NOT ALL ROOMS WITH BALCONIES IN THE PIC HAVE THEM EITHER, YOU WONT KNOW UNTIL YOU ARRIVE AT THE PROPERTY IF IT WILL OR NOT) We reserved the King Waterfront and got lucky

Spacious clean rooms, well maintained property. Reception staff was wonderful especially Mr Roumel who went an extra hand to accommodate in upgraded accommodation after our room's water supply was disrupted due to some renovation work downstairs. Housekeeping staff did excellent cleaning everyday. Location is very near to San Francisco airport and has good facilities available nearby. Waterfront view is excellent.

Breakfast is very simple just coffee or juice and a bakery item in a packed box. After 10AM nothing is available to eat in the property. A large scale renovation is in progress with noise and disruption although they have tried to control everything well

Everything was perfect except for one thing.

Ali’s horrible customer service. (not sure if this is the right spelling of his name). We went straight to the property after checking online to book a room for just a night. This guy answered right away that there’s no more available room left without checking and told us to go try other Sonesta hotel right next to it or Marriot. He basically didn’t want to give us room and send us out of the hotel. So we tried booking.com and we successfully booked the room. We confronted him if there’s a reason why he didn’t want to give us a room in the first place and he started saying things that don’t make sense.

The room was nice and freshly remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. There is a nice walking trail along the bay right behind the hotel. Location is close to the airport and highways. Despite a renovation going on, the hotel was very quiet. Other than the pool being unavailable, the construction did not interfere with our stay at all.

It's a bit isolated in the back of an office park with very little within walking distance. Breakfast at the hotel is nothing particularly special and pricey. There's a fee for parking, that's a bit unusual for an airport hotel.

Very clean and quiet. Easy to get to with a vehicle. Nice walking paths behind along the water. Quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff. Delicious food nearby in San Bruno. Hot tub was a great temperature. Beds were very comfortable.

BART station is a little far, but an easy Uber ride; mostly equal distance between San Bruno and South San Francisco BART stations. CalTrain station (South San Francisco) closer. Parking is an extra $12; I didn't know this when booking but it was probably me not paying attention so that's on me for not knowing before hand. Otherwise, great location. I highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk staff was awesome! The restaurant had great choices! The hostess was very friendly and efficient! And, the food was good!

The elevator floor was very dirty and seemed like it was greasy if that makes any sense. I know they were doing some renovations but maybe you can put some paper down or something so that our shoes and stuff do not get dirty, Also, the pull out bed from the couch did not have any sheets or blankets available for it and the mattress had a big stain on it that looked like they had tried to clean blood or something off of it.

the only thing I didn’t like is that the room was one of those with a door connected to the next room and one night there was a family with kids and a baby that were loud. The next day it was a different person but I could still hear their voices again, like they were in the same room, and it was distracting, not to mention the privacy issues. The hotel didn’t appear fully booked so I would always recommend to hotel management (all hotels, everywhere, because I’ve had this happen in multiple hotels) to space occupants apart with at least one empty room between them to minimize noise disturbances and maximize and respect everyone’s privacy.

Everything! Hotel was nice and quiet. It was super close to the freeway, but we heard zero freeway noise. Being on the ocean side in the back of the hotel must've helped with the freeway noise. Loved the ocean walk path. It was lovely taking a morning and evening stroll alone the ocean. Hotel restraraunt was closed, but other food options were in walking distance.

You just can't avoid inconsiderate lazy smokers or people who say they want a non-smoking room, but smoke from their hotel room balconies. The outdoor patio was beautiful and amazing for my little one to watch the boats and ocean from, but the smoke from both CIGARETTE and POT smokers was TERRIBLE. I'm not against smoking, I just don't want my daughter or myself to not be able to enjoy being outdoors because of lazy inconsiderate smokers. Didn't matter what time of day morning, afternoon, or evening, someone was always smoking outdoors.

Clean, modern, and quite, TV was easy to navigate.

It cost 12.50 a night to park on the grounds

For a pet owner the location was great with the Bay walking path running right by the property.

Before a pilot gets in a plane, they do a walkaround the plane from the ground. Looking for any physical signs of problems. I would suggest that the manager of the hotel do a walkaround their property each day. That way they can identify the filthy floors and thresholds at each of the side doors, the rubbish left for days at the outside trash recepticles, and the presence of people living in their parking lot. The carpets inside the building could stand a good cleaning as well.
