Room, location, amenities, staff, pleasant courtyard and area
Maintenance: baseboard trim falling off in the bathroom; seal between shower head and pipe leaks, sprays up on the ceiling. I put a washcloth over it so it would drip into the tub and not damage the ceiling sheetrock. I would like to have had a hair dryer as one of the amenities--consider it more important than an iron.

I was moving from AZ to CA. I got a flat tire that day and needed a room for the night because took until 3pm, and I didn't want to drive late. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet. .
Window needs to be fixed though. I tried to open, and it sort of pulled away from frame, AND it was bottom floor, so I didn't feel 100% safe. Front door to room does not close 100% properly.

I had a problem with booking not making the reservation and then not refunding me. The staff were fantastic!
I would book directly with the hotel next time. They told me if I just called them, they would have matched the online price

The room was clean and what I expected. This place is the same as the other Extended Stay Americas I have stayed at.
The manager tried to charge me for a day I did not stay. I had to ask for a change and he was not happy about it.

Comfortable.
My parent’s room had a very dirty nasty bed, feces etc. The staff gave them clean linen but should of given them a whole new room. They had to strip and remake bed. Bed mattress pad and mattress were dirty, along with sheets due to someone having an accident and staff did not change bed after last residents.

Proximity to shopping, freeway, dining etc.
Filthy, not updated, dogs barking all night, kids hung out at front door entire day, elevator barely works and safety check and maintenance information not posted in the elevator anywhere. Needs landscaping. Hallway is dark. Graffiti everywhere.

I've stayed at other extended stay hotels but this one was not as beautiful as the others (interiors)and this was not a full breakfast.

Room was overall good. Current room, though, has a smoke alarm dangling from wires. Staff is nice, though I was asked three times if I'm checking out or extending. Good value.
Overall, that is just smells like weed constantly.

Nobody bothered us. It was very clean, convenient parking.
They don't have an ice machine! Also there should be some sort of discount or later check out if you check in after midnight.
