The room was very clean, bathroom towels were actually big compared to most motels. I was pleasantly surprised when going into the room, didn't expect it to be as good as it was. The gentlemen who signed me in was very nice. Also helped me open the door to the ice machine, he said it gets a little tight sometimes. It looked like a lot of construction workers were staying here and it looked like the motel made an effort to put them in one area as they probably getting up really early to go to work.

Don't know if they could do anything about this but a lot of young men were outside their room for hours on their phones. They sat in the stairwell making it a little harder to make your way up the stairs carrying your luggage.

The outside of the building was a little rough, but the inside of the room was remodeled and very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great whenever you did see them, cuz they're really good about giving you your space. We also liked that it was right in the middle of town so you're close to everything grocery outlet was right next door, there's a restaurant in the parking lot, and all the towns amenities are literally a hop skip jump away you're so close to everything.

There's not a lot to complain about. For a place that's affordable you expect it to be a dive but the inside was completely remodeled and lovely however you don't expect that from looking at it from the outside. So maybe a few updates on the outside of the building would be nice. Also if they included a breakfast that would be awesome!

Very clean, good location, fair price

Whatever TV system you have were use, it was extremely difficult to navigate through… I ended up watching one channel only, which was Gunsmoke… Old gunsmoke series… I liked them, but I would’ve liked to seen a few other things on the TV… And whatever service you have does not have YouTube, so I couldn’t even watch YouTube

Better than expected. The outside of the place looks a little rough but the room was updated and very acceptable. Great value for the money. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Ok place to sleep

Keys didn't want to work. Bathtub looked dirty. Beds were not queens. Unaesthetically looks on the outside. Big dirty work trucks parked right in front. Oil stains all over the parking lot. Much improvement needed.

Rooms are remodeled and the staff was great

The check-in and out process was quick and convenient. The room was clean! Had a washer and dryer with an ice machine that all worked. Was a nice place to stay at for a night🌙 .

The price was a tad bit high, but it was worth it. If only they had discounts for extra nights.

we checked in later in the evening so there was some sketchy people out. in the morning another resident said she lives there and the walls are so thin she could hear my baby running around and it was 9 am if I could make him sit down so she could sleep and we we’re getting ready to check out so that was odd and my only complaint.

Staff was incredibly helpful to our workers staying at their hotel. They made sure the guys had a place to rest, and had everything they needed while working out of town. Will definitely book again.

This is my go to hotel when I need a room in Susanville. Clean, comfortable, safe rooms at a good price. The staff has always been very helpful and easy to communicate with.
