The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth and efficient. Our room was nice and the bed very comfortable (we like firm beds). The shower was excellent which is very important. The free breakfast had just about everything anyone could want although some of the hot items were not very hot. Very clean hotel. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant that was right across the street and it was excellent. Good location for where we were headed the next day. We will stay there again.

Not much to complain about. Just minor things like the hot water for my tea at breakfast was not hot.

Excellent location at a value price! The space and general cleanliness of our room, free complimentary breakfasts, free parking, free wi-fi, free cable, and great price... ...made me and my wife's honeymoon absolutely worth it. If you need a hotel for sightseeing in the LA area (especially Disneyland, Long Beach, or Newport Beach), I would highly recommend this hotel!

The pool wasn't well maintained, but for our trip, it didn't matter. I was more concerned about a tray in our room's mini-fridge where water pooled, but aside from that, it's still worked great.

I stay there for 3 nights, beside the replacement of the towels, toilet paper, etc. They won’t made or changes your bed sheets, pillow cases. I asked the front desk and he said because I only stay for 3 days. Their policy is won’t made your bed daily, won’t replace or change the sheet, pillow cases unless you stay more then 3 days??? I asked is it all CA hotel policy? He said Yes 🙄🤔 what in the world????

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this place .. They Staff was Welcoming and Friendly ... They did all that they could do to accommodate ... I can Not Say anything but GREAT things about them .. I was in California for work and needed a place for 2 weeks ... This place felt like my Home away from Home ... I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND them to Anyone .. And, if I come back to CA, I want to stay there again

There was NOTHING that I disliked about this place... They were Perfect.

I loved everyone I met on staff they were very friendly, and gave me excellent customer service, it was a breeze checking in and I loved the breakfast, even when a bit confused a attendant was there to assist me in whatever I needed. Thank you for the experience, I will be booming again in the near future

The shower knob to control the temperature for the hot and cold water, it is REALLY Sensitive to where you can't really move it without burning your scalp, that would be my only complaint

I was looking for an affordable motel for a staycation since I work from home. I saw the Google reviews for this place, and wondered if they were false reviews. THEY WERE ALL TRUE! The room was spacious enough to hold a nice-sized TV, a big desk, and a love seat, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect place to read. And there was still a nice chunk of clear floor area which I was able to use for my workout! The place was super clean (I’m VERY fussy about cleanliness), and there was an extremely comfortable King-sized bed. The shower was great — the water pressure was perfect, and there was lots of hot water — and there was a fridge hidden inside of the cabinet that the TV was on. My room was quiet, which was important to me — I didn’t really hear anything. My view from the window was the back parking lot (I was on the first floor),but it was great that I was able to park close to my room each night. And I wasn’t paying for a view. I was able to have a staycation where I felt completely comfortable with the room, at half the price of staying at the first place I talked to. And the staff I met (front desk) was cordial and helpful. One of the reviews I read said that this place is a “hidden gem,” and I TOTALLY agree.

Great location, close to the beach and a shopping centre with cinema. Beds very comfy.

First room was dirty and dark. Sofa bed was worn out and impossible to sleep on. After complaining, they found us another room that was much better. Beds aren't made daily, but they will change the towels.

Wasn’t expecting breakfast included and when I was told there was going to be some I thought it would only be the bare minimum. However, I was happy I was wrong they had eggs, sausage and waffles. I think all of that was definitely worth the rate and cleanliness and quality of the hotel.

I love that the receptionist was very friendly and easy to talk to. I like that the breakfast was clean, delicious and fulfilling. I love that the towels was always replace everyday. Thank you so much for keeping us safe , provided for and helping our vacation memorable as it is.

I don’t like that the sink is outside the washroom. I don’t like that there is no continuous provision for coffee or drinks in different time aside from breakfast.

They breakfast selection included coffee, juice and tea, cereal, muffins, bagels and waffles, oranges and yogurt.

The in room air unit pulled in air from the backside of the hotel. The are a lot of homeless people in the area, so it made the air smell like pee.
